11 acres located in rural northern Missouri. Six small bedrooms with TV in each. Large bunkroom upstairs...perfect for kids to share with large TV and Playstation. Large open living room and kitchen area for gathering! Pool / pingpong table. Laundry. Garage area with TV and extra fridge. Fire pit for cooking hotdogs, s'mores and hanging out under the stars. Pond closest to house fully stocked and ready for kids to start their fishing career! Basic fishing and outdoor equipment provided!

What an absolute perfect place in the middle of no where!!! Clean, spacious, and decorated too cute. Owners communicated well and checked in and out were super easy. House was located by a pond and the sunset was beautiful! A GREAT location to get away from the world and enjoy a peaceful get away. Will definitely be back!

Even better than expected! Very clean and well stocked. The older grandsons (age 9 and 6) had an absolute blast playing ping-pong and playing the piano. Took a nice long walk around the pond and had a fire in the fire pit. It is really out in the middle of nowhere so bringing food and cooking is a must. We thought the squeaky beds would be uncomfortable, but we all slept exceptionally well. No complaints! Will stay again! Host was wonderful, quick to reply to texts.

Nice place to stay with a group. Went down with my wife and 5 of our closest friends. The check in process required us to meet the host for a rundown of the property, which is fine, but we were in 3 separate vehicles all arriving at different times. I did not meet the host in person as I was the last to arrive.The space was clean and large. However, the bedrooms do not circulate air very well. We all slept with doors open, which hinders privacy. The two main TVs (living room and kitchen) had color distortion. This was not fixed during our stay. Two days before we left, we found out that the refrigerator was not cooling properly, so we lost 60 in groceries. I informed the host who apologized, but did not offer a refund. She asked if any of us would look into fixing it if we have that sort of skill set. The day we left, I received a text saying we would be charge for professionally calibrating the pool table, as we moved it to make room of both sides. There is nothing in the policy about this. Recommend policy update that informs people of this as a service fee. If we had known, we would’ve just lived with it and not moved the table. After being home for a couple days, I continued receiving messages from the host about where certain things could be found. TV remotes, the welcome mat, etc. it seemed as if she was just texting every time she couldn’t find something without looking. We followed the instructions in the check out section of her binder. Overall, not our best stay.

Owner is amazing and very friendly. Beautiful property and home, ample bedrooms and room for plenty of people, great ac, fireflies amazing, ability to fish (catch & release). Second fridge in garage worked out great! Plemty of toys for kids to play with. Very spacious amd was even able to put a giant waterslide up with ample space. Only thing i would change is the beds for us were not comfortable in the bedrooms and very noisy ( only downfall to whole place) for some reason Im unabke to upload photos :(

Great getaway for our party of 11

Terrific house with plenty of rooand hrlpful ' our gra sam for our party of 11! Has everything you need and more. Kids fished non stop - caught lots of blue gill and bass (and even a sunfish!) The property is beautiful with rolling hills all around. The owner and her family were friendly

A great place to get away (but have everything you need!)

This property was great for our crew of 6 adults, a toddler, and a baby, but would also be fantastic for larger groups! No matter the size of your group, there is plenty to spread out and not feel like you're all on top of each other! Everything you could need is there, which makes for a laid back trip!

Great family time!

My sister’s family and mine get together for Christmas every year. So finding a place that can accommodate us can be challenging. This place was perfect! The kitchen was stocked with ANYTHING we could have ever needed! We had plenty of room to spread out and play games or whatever we wanted! We enjoyed the ping pong/pool table, the kids enjoyed the PlayStation, and the guys enjoyed the garage area! There was a supply of children’s toys that was awesome! The only thing I can say negatively about the space was that the bedrooms were really small so if you have pac-n/plays to set up, you might need to do some rearranging. We would come back here again!

This place was amazing. The house literally had everything you could think of. The fishing was awesome. The beds were comfortable. The space was open. I would definitely rent this place again.

Perfect setting

Everything about this property was as described. Very clean, a ton of space, surprising amount of amenities available - pretty much every kitchen item you could need. The property is in a very secluded area which was exceptionally peaceful. We were there for a 25th reunion for a group of high school friends, this property would be great for a large coordination of friends and family.

Such a great place!

I promise you no one had regrets staying here. Very beautiful open layout, so much room for a huge family to come stay. Fishing, campfire and lots of room to play outside activities. The property owner was very easy to communicate with especially at check out. We loved this place.

Tucked away among the gently rolling hills of north-central Missouri, this beautiful property was perfect for our family get together. With tons of space, beautifully furnished interior, and lovingly stocked with every convenience, we wanted for nothing. My only wish is that we could have stayed longer!

Great for a Family Reunion

This property was exactly what we needed for our annual family reunion. With six bedrooms (all virtually identical, so no fighting over who got which) and two full bathrooms, we had plenty of space. And the fully furnished kitchen was great. Our hostess even let us eat any food that was there (including a bottle of wine). The youngsters had fun playing in the sandbox outside and the loft inside. And the walkers in the group made the rounds of the onsite pond, as well as a nearby rock road.

Graduation stay

We had 11 family members stay for a graduation in Kirksville. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well outfitted. The host communicated very well with us and answered any questions quickly. We would stay again.

Our stay was fabulous at this property. The host was always quick to respond, kind, and courteous. Our 2 labs were welcomed at the property also which is a necessity for us as they travel everywhere with us. Home was well stocked with everything we needed. Would defintely stay here again! PERFECT!!!

This home is a gem! It has EVERYTHING you could possibly need! It was clean, stocked, and many different things to do! Games, pool, ping pong, fishing,...the list goes on! So much dpace and the host is so friendly and welcoming! Our favorite place we have stayed! Already planning a trip back when its warmer!
