Tervetuloa mukautettuun vuoristoretkelle, joka sijaitsee viehättävässä kaupungissa Kings Beach.

Kings Beach, joka tunnetaan nimellä Tahoe-järven aurinkovyö, on yksi parhaimmista julkisista rannoista järvellä, ja se on vain 5 korttelin päässä kodistasi. Kävele kadulla, aja polkupyöriä tai käytä runsaasti yleistä pysäköintialuetta. Mitä ilahdutkin, olet vain muutaman minuutin päässä.

Ominaisuus, joka tekee mökistä ainutlaatuisen, on pohjapiirros, joka on suunniteltu majoittamaan useampi kuin yksi perhe lomalla yhdessä. Alakerrassa on iso makuuhuone, jossa räätälöity queen-vuode, kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja televisio. Kylpyhuoneessa on lattialämmitys. Perhehuoneessa on kuningatar-vuodesohva, 52 'HD-LCD-televisio, jossa on DVR ja foosball-pöytä. Siellä on pesutupa ja hyvin varusteltu keittiö ruokailutila - kaksi ominaisuutta, jotka tekevät alakerrassa oma yksityinen alue, sopii erinomaisesti lapsiperheille.

Yläkerrassa iso makuuhuone, jossa king-size-vuode, on valtava vaatehuone. Päällikkökylvyssä on poreallas, joka lopettaa täydellisen Tahoe-päivän rentouttavalla liotuksella. Ruokailutilassa on kahdeksan paikkaa ja tilavalla perhealueella on mukavat istuimet koko perheelle. Tarjolla on paljon lautapelejä pitämään perheesi nauraen, ja keittiössä on kaikki tarvittavat mukavuudet - jopa niitit jääkaapissa!

Kaunis toinen makuuhuone tilauksesta räätälöitynä, kuningatar, hirsisänky, toinen täysin varustettu kylpyhuone, jossa on lämmitetyt lattiat, ja täysi pesutupa, joka sijaitsee tämän kauniin perheen retriitin yläkerrassa.

Tämä koti ei ole vain yöpymispaikka. Se on suunniteltu harkiten kotisi poissa kotoa, ja se tarjoaa korkealaatuisia vuodevaatteita, mukautettuja lodge-tyylisiä huonekaluja, langattoman internetin, HD-televisiot ja kaapeli-TV: n, jossa on DVR: n ja urheilupaketti.

We rented Eric's house to be close to a King's Beach wedding at the North Tahoe Event Center. The location was perfect as we could walk to/from the event. It's also an easy walk to the beach and many restaurants. The house was great for us as we had 6 adults and one 6 month old. The lower floor worked so well for the napping baby, while the other 4 adults were in the upper floor. The kitchen was very well stocked, we had everything we needed. Lots of windows to open and let fresh, cool air in the house.We did have issues with very spotty wifi. Most the time it was not working. This should be in the listing so those that have to work can make other arraignments. Two of the beds were, well...interesting. The upstairs guest bed had a large dip in middle. Upon further investigation the day we left, the frame was broken and was being supported by 2 rocks. The lower bed frame was not stable, the box spring went through the frame and we had to pull the frame out and set it on the box spring. Master bed very, very comfy. We would definitely stay here again if the beds were improved upon. Thank you!

The house was very nice and just as pictured. It was great having 3 bedrooms and 3 separate bathrooms for our 3 couples. King's beach was very crowded so being able to walk there from the house was key. Eric was very responsive. I'd stay there again!

We went on a guys golf trip for the weekend. Property was within walking distance to the grocery store, beach/shopping, and the golf course. The property was clean and well suited to the group. Great trip and property.

2 Families stayed and we had a great time. The kitchen and rooms are fully equipped to make our needs met. Beautiful home, lots of space, cleanliness, and great communication with the owner. Perfect Location

The house was beautiful and the ideal location. We were a half mile walk from Kings Beach and several local restaurants. Kitchen had everything you might possibly need. Neighborhood had a comfortable, laid back feel. Weather was perfect. It was the last week of July and air conditioning in the house was definitely not needed. Short drive to Tahoe City and Truckee, which were fun to wander around the shops. Eric was great and quick to respond to all questions and suggestions about things to do. Would definitely stay here again, if I get the chance.

What a great place to lay your head at night!

We were in Tahoe for a wedding and didn’t spend a ton of time at the house. But when we did it was very comfortable and had many little extras. Games for kids. Two kitchens 3 bathrooms. Plenty of beds, and the kitchens had plenty of gismos and gadgets to make anything with ease. It’s a nicely located home!

Very comfy, homey house!

Recently stayed here with 3 families (6 adults and 4 small children). It was an amazing place! Very spacious and cozy. It was really neat how they had toys there that were age appropriate for our kids. My only suggestion is to have Wi-Fi available! Also, I was surprised to find that the house was in very close proximity to other houses. The picture must have been taken before other properties were built around it... not that it mattered, just a little unexpected! We had a wonderful time!

Great location!

We loved the location of this property! The neighborhood was quiet, it was an easy walk to the lake, and perfect for running back to the house if we forgot something. We brought paddle boards and loved being able to store them in the garage each night. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were super soft. The Host was quick to respond to any and all communication. The listing shows a jacquzzi tub in the master bath. The tub was an awesome place to relax with a good book, although the jets in the tub are not in working order. They have wifi, but we found it to be spotty. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and will definitely book again.

Exceptional stay for all families, multigenerational etc

Our stay in early August (2024) for five days was absolutely lovely, and our family of 7, including 2 school-age kids, an infant, and 2 grandparents in tow really enjoyed our time at the property. I thought the home looked even better in person than in the pictures. Having a downstairs that was a self-contained unit within itself (e.g. had a kitchen, bath, washer/dryer, and bedroom) was really clutch as it saved my older parents from having to go up and down the stairs. My kiddos loved the foosball table, while we adults enjoyed the little backyard area to drink tea in the morning. Our baby is not fully mobile yet so the stairs were not an issue, but if you do have a baby that's crawling, walking, etc. it may be worth getting a baby gate or just keeping a watchful eye. The location near King's Beach, within walking distance, is ideal. I really appreciated the communication with the host, who was always accessible. Can't wait to go back!!

Long Weekend Stay

Overall, the property was very nice and the home had a very nice floor plan. It worked well for three couples. Areas for improvement were: 1) The HVAC was not powerful enough to cool the upstairs portion of the home. It would only cool the upper portion of the home to about 87 degrees. We remove the intake filter (which was almost completely plugged); however, doing so did little to improve the HVAC performance. A system diagnosis may reveal the problem with the HVAC system. 2) The pocket door for the Master Bath does not close properly. A track adjustment should remedy this issue. 3) The ceiling fan blades in the upstairs living area were extremely dirty, and need to be cleaned. Beyond these issues, the home was very nice and we'd consider renting it again. Thanks. Joe and Margie

Kings Beach is the perfect family vacation town. There are great restaurants around every corner and it is home to one of Tahoe's most spectacular public beaches. The beach is very dog friendly, has a boat ramp, plenty of parking, and a great play area for the kids. And the tide pools are wonderful for young children in the Summer. It gets more sun than most places around the lake. King's Beach is close to everything, with Squaw just 15 miles away, Alpine 13 miles away, Tahoe City 10 miles away, and Northstar about 6 miles away. Everything you need is within blocks. We couldn't have asked for more.
