The main entrance is located on the second floor that opens up into the living and dining area. You'll love the open concept which allows you to enjoy your own space while soaking up family time. While relaxing in the living and dining area, you can open up the door to the private balcony which leads to the large sundeck and view of the canal. Just around the corner is the fully equipped kitchen that offers stainless steel appliances, ample storage and everything you need to cook meals with the family. Right off the kitchen are the stairs that lead to three bedrooms on the third floor. When you make your way down to the first floor, go through the living room balcony door and down the steps to the lower level deck. You will find the mother in law suite that includes the fourth bedroom. This suite offers it’s own entrance, space, serenity and access to the garage. CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
