Beautiful condo

The condo was beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the large windows to the balcony, great view from the large 5th floor balcony. We liked that the complex was low density and never felt crowded. It was very clean. It was also located right across the street from Winn Dixie which made grocery shopping very convenient. Also having the free beach chairs and umbrella was a bonus.

Absolutely Amazing

Beautiful property, directly on the Beach with incredible views of the Ocean and Sunsets from the balcony. Host was extremely accommodating and checked in with us to ensure we were enjoying our vacation. Excellent location and very private beach due to amount of units and occupants compared to the high rises. We will definitely be coming back. It was heavenly!

Beautiful Condo!

We loved the condo, the beach, and Panama City Beach! The condo was clean, cozy, and it had everything we needed. The view of the beach from the balcony was beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Great Location- Quiet Beach

The property was great for our family. The room eas very nice and just as listed. The location was perfect for those that like a quieter area, but is within a short walks distance (approximately 1 mile) of Pier Park for those that like the busier area. The beach at the unit is wide enough for everyone to be able to spread out and having the free beach service each day was a definite plus.

Beautiful condo

Absolutely beautiful condo with wonderful host. The condo well designed and thoughtfully planned out. There is nothing negative about this condo. The view was gorgeous, perfect height for my taste. The host was very helpful and great to communicate with. Will be back!!!

Nicely decorated condo with a great view of the beach. Comfortable beds, renovated kitchen and large showers. Large screen TV, excellent parking, and low rise condo provides plenty of beach space. At the western edge of PCB allows you to avoid a lot of traffic. My wife’s new favorite place at the beach.

Nice stay!

Enjoyed our stay at Aqua Vista 505W. The view is amazing and it was nice to have coffee on the balcony each morning. The bed was comfy! Also so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Hope to return again!

Best stay ever!!!

This was the best condo we’ve ever stayed at!! It was so nice and clean. It was furnished and decorated beautifully. We will stay here every time on our future trips. The beach was very nice and not crowded at all. Just perfect in every way!!

Aqua Vista W505 -- Most Relaxing Vacation

We loved the condo, the location on the beach and the location by land. Had an awesome time. Very relaxing. Made some new friends on the beach. Condo was decorated nicely, updated and had everything we needed. Perfect weather with incredible views (sunsets and sunrises). We definitely plan to come back.

Stay at Aqua Vista

The condo was top notch clean and very lovely furnished and decorated. Kendall was an exceptional booking agent and checked on us several times throughout the entire process from booking the room to checking out, and she even offered prayers for safe travels back home. That means a lot! I will try to book condos in the future with Haven Beach Rentals!

Wonderful

Loved the Aquavista and the condo. The condo has everything we needed. The balcony was the perfect height to see the ocean and the beach. Low rise complex so beach was not crowded and parking was easy.

Aqua Vista -- Love It!!

This is our second stay in this beautiful condo and we absolutely love it. Great location, beautiful condo and gorgeous beach. And the beds are awesome! So many times you rent something and can't sleep at night because the beds are either worn out or super cheap quality. So we actually got to enjoy our trip and get some good rest. Truly impressed with this one.

Beautiful Condo- Beautiful Owners

We had a wonderful time at AquaVista. The condo is decorated well and a good bullet blender! I made a mistake and somehow lost my keys to my car. They went out of their way to have a replacement delivered! Lisa is kind and her husband is too! The condo is perfect since it is not in a high rise building to wait hours for an elevator. Beach team is super sweet and the managers are too. A tad pricy- but sooooo worth it!!

Awesome!

This unit is gorgeous! There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very spacious. Very clean. No problems. Being Pet Free was a big deal to us as my co-traveler is extremely allergic to pets. Last trip we made, stayed at another location and there were pets that had been in the unit and made her very, very sick for 3 weeks. So when I book a unit from now on, it must be pet free. Codes were provided timely. Renters were very responsive. I liked that the parking lot is on the bottom floor and I was able to park next to the elevator for easy access. There were rolling carts at each elevator to help with the loading and unloading process. We took advantage of the free beach service. This unit is very nice and would consider staying there again. Thank you for letting us stay in your unit.

Wow!

Beautiful condo on the beach. Love the availability of beach chairs/umbrella on the private beach. View was spectacular. Newly remodeled and decorated. Sometimes when an old place is remodeled there are still signs of the old. Not here! It felt like a brand new place. The only negatives would be the curtains in the living area - wish they would block out the light more when closed. Being on the fifth floor, it wasn't a huge deal, but the sliding doors did not lock. My husband and I are both clean freaks (he vacuumed every day) and this condo did not disappoint. The only other minor complaint that we had was with the chair service. We wanted our chairs slightly away from other people and they kind of gave us a hard time about moving them (still on condo property) because of the esthetics. Also, our first day, we had newer chairs and then they came and replaced them with older chairs that weren't the cleanest. Before our trip I was reading the reviews and one person said she was afraid to give it a good review because she wanted to be sure that it would be available again and not get too popular. Totally agree! If we were to go back, I wouldn't even entertain looking at other places. And the management company and communication were also wonderful!!

Great value for the location!

This is a great place to stay for a family..beach is not too busy. Beach attendants were very nice. Pool wasn't overcrowded..easy access to activities. Grocery within walking distance. We found the furnishings comfortable. Not lavish but well enough. would stay here again and recommend it for families alike. The only oddity for us was there was no cabinets for our groceries and no dresser drawers. We utilized shelf space for our clothes in closet and left our food on the counter. Not a deal breaker for a weeks vaca but maybe something to consider
