Romantic 2 bedroom, 2 bath view condo in peaceful and lush tropical setting - 3rd floor- 5 minutes from the beaches - Lovely gated community in Playa Ocotal, near the beach town of Playas del Coco. Playas del Coco is a tourist destination located 30 minute drive from the Daniel Oduber airport (Liberia International Airport).

You are in a top level condo enjoying mountain views and glimpsing native birds in a peaceful tropical setting from your private balcony. The condo is minutes away from beautiful Ocotal beach and Coco beach. Ocotal beach is famously known for its black sand, snorkeling and diving, and diversity of coastal wildlife. Coco beach is known for its bustling nightlife, restaurants, and tourist shops. The town of Coco has many small and large grocery stores, a medical clinic, a post office, realty companies, a gas station, and other amenities.
