Inside this three-bedroom, the fun only continues with plenty of room for the whole group to spread out across three spacious levels. When everyone wants to gather together, the main level boasts an upgraded kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare tasty meals, a large living area complete with plush furnishings and a smart TV, a den area for reminiscing over a glass of wine, and a formal dining area for special occasions. Downstairs, you will find a game room equipped with a smartTV, foosball table, and dartboard for the whole family to enjoy!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Fun Long Weekend
We had a nice visit to Chatham and stayed for a long weekend. While the weather wasn't great (and therefore didn't use the outdoor space), the extra play space in the basement with games and a large TV helped to pass the time. Although not walkable to the beach, it's very close to the bike trail and a short drive or bike ride to local beaches. We also traveled up the bay side and the National Seashore to try additional beaches. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and having the garage to store vehicle and bikes was nice too. We would stay here again if we come back to the area.

Charming Chatham Home
The home is absolutely wonderful. We had a great stay and enjoyed the outdoor area and hammock especially. I'd highly recommend for groups looking to be centrally located on the Cape. Super close to Hardings Beach, the Chatham Bars Inn, downtown shopping and not too far to the ferries. 10/10!

The house was everything we expected it to be. Very clean and included everything we needed. A short drive to beaches and downtown.

Excellent place to stay
We met our two adult sons and wives here for a weeklong vacation. This house had everything! Close to shops, dining and the beach. They answered questions quickly and thought of everything!! Highly recommend!!

Lovely, Comfortable House
This home was super cozy & comfortable for our family. Although it was immaculately clean the carpeting upstairs could use replacement. I would have loved to rent this house for our next visit but would not rent a VACASA again. We left a couple items behind (trying to pack up with two littles is challenging!) and the process in trying to get those items back has been ridiculous. They charge you for someone to go look for your items & then a separate shipping fee (which is normal). It’s been almost two weeks and I still do not have confirmation of my items being shipped. One item wasn’t found which means it was stolen as I know exactly where I left if in the house. Just a hassle that could have been handled so much better. I’ve left stuff behind before at other VRBO homes - dealt with the owner directly - and had no issues of receiving our items back. Overall, would not recommend VACASA.
