Renovated, modern Chatham beach house with lots of cozy charm

This charming beach house has just been gut renovated and decorated with a modern but cozy, beachy feel. The house is located a short .25 miles from Pleasant Beach. A short walk or bike ride away. Pleasant is one of the few free beaches in Chatham so no permit needed and no daily charge. The neighboring Forrest Beach is also a free beach. Also a short bike or car ride from Red River Beach, which is a large, beautiful beach with life guards, concessions and bathrooms. The house is also within walking distance to two restaurants. Pisces is one of the best restaurants in Chatham, as well as Drifters which is a great, casual family option. 10 minutes to Chatham village and 5 minutes to downtown Harwichport village. The house features four bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are ensuite with their own bathrooms and the other guest bedroom and loft bedroom share the other large bathroom. The house features a very large living, bright living room, dining room and beautiful new kitchen with high end appliances. There is also a lovely screened in porch with a dining table and living furniture for relaxing, as well as outdoor patio area with a dining table & grill.

Clean and Convenient

Beautiful, clean house conveniently located to area attractions. Property listing was extremely accurate, what you see is what you get. Would definitely stay again!

Nice Home

Nice home in a great neighborhood. The house could have been stocked better with things like kitchen towels, baking sheets, kitchen utensils, etc. It was nice to have a few beach chairs and beach towels available. Thank you for a great stay!

South Chatham Cape House

House. Was comfortable for the six of us. Restaurants, markets, beach, a short drive away. House was very clean. Overall, a good place to stay.

We were 4 female college friends in our 70s. We found the house well-designed to suit our needs, which included sightseeing by day and playing cards at night. The kitchen was adequate for the little bit of cooking we did. The queen beds were very comfortable, but the twin and king were a bit soft. The bathrooms were great! We wanted to enjoy the sun porch more, but as the weather became cooler, the permanent screen panels made that difficult. The location of the house was perfect - pretty and quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to the beach.

The charming home was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze! We didn't spend a lot of time there since we were out exploring. The house was good for 6 adults; if there were more of us it would have felt very cozy. While the aesthetic of the home was lovely, the couches weren't super comfy due to the low backs. That didn't stop us from watching amovie and football, though. We loved eating in the screened in porch for breakfast. Overall, nice stay!Tips for travelers: bring your shower toiletries.

Chatham Stay

The house was in a great location. Short walk to the beach and a nice restaurant Drifters. The house was nicely decorated and fully equipped. We had a few days of bad weather so we had no problem staying in and relaxing.

Excellent MDW in Chattam

Super nice property with that cape vibe everyone likes. The short trip to the beach was used a lot we loved the convenience of it. Driveway was super easy to access for having multiple cars.

This house has everything!

This was a sisters getaway. This house was immaculate, 10 minutes from beaches and shopping , and spacious. After enjoying our morning coffee on the enclosed deck, we were off exploring the rest of the day. We had a fabulous stay!

Perfect!

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful home so much! It was perfect for our family, all of the bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with whatever you may need. The sunroom was a lovely space and we used it to eat most of our meals. The neighborhood was perfect for the runners in our family and just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy for everyone. I highly recommend this property and hope to be back next summer!

Love Chatham!

Renting this VRBO was a great experience!! Mark quickly responded to all my questions. The home was clean and just a wonderful place to come back to every evening. Everything was just like in the listing. Chatham was beautiful as well as all of Cape Cod. Hopefully, we’ll be back one day.

Perfect Family vacation home!

We rented this home last week (my family with two teens ages 14 and 17, and my sisters family with two teens, ages 17 and 19) and everyone left saying it was the best vacation we've had! The location of this beautifully updated home is not far from beaches, downtown Chatham, and other great areas to visit on the Cape (like Sundae School for ice cream daily ;)) The owners Mark and Costas were incredibly responsive, and the house was in perfect condition. We loved it so much that we ended up cooking dinners at home most nights playing cornhole, watching movies and playing games. Highly recommend and hope to get back for another family vacation there soon!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and check in was simple. We were provided with thorough instructions re how to operate things in the house. The house was well situated with a 15 minute walk to the beach, and great resaturants near by. It was a great base for touring around Cape Cod and to be honest we were sorry we did not have as much time as we would have liked to enjoy being in the house, and on the property. The ouside space was big, well proportioned and well kept. Easy quick communication with the owner. Suggest adding the side street as a marker to find the house if coming in after dark as not a lot of street lights. We all were very pleased with the property and the location.

The house is clean and neat. The renovations show nicely. My young adult kids, 3, enjoyed their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and supplied cookery/utensils are good if you eat in a lot, which we did. Parking g for three vehicles works. We enjoyed a relaxing week with walks to the beach and shopping in Chatham. Very nice overall!

Perfect Vacation
