Wonderful Vacation Getaway

We had an amazing stay at our vacation rental in Princeville. Everything was exactly as described and we had all the amenities we needed including beach gear, bicycles and kitchen equipment. The location was beautiful and close to so many exciting places to explore such as Queen’s Bath, Hideaway Beach and the nearby town of Hanalei. It was also a stone’s throw from the Hanalei Bay Resort where we could go to have a drink and watch the sunset. We had three generations with us ranging from people in their twenties to someone in their late 70’s and the accommodations worked for all of us. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept very well. We also enjoyed watching all the beautiful birds that were around. We could see beautiful mountains in the front of the home and the ocean from the back. Thank you for our lovely stay!

Christine's home is gorgeous! Our stay there was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfectly clean, check-in process was easy, plenty of kitchen essentials including some basic food items that we were happy to add to, plenty of beach gear, checkout instructions were easy, the owner's notebook even had suggestions for excursions, restaurants and just general things to do. The views from the wrap-around porch were terrific!!!! The downstairs suite was perfect. The upstairs loft would be perfect for children or young teens. The neighborhood was quiet and the location near the gold course made it perfect for walks. We were a 2 min walk to the resort where we went to grab pizza and drinks one night where we had great views as well. The home was perfectly decorated just like the pictures showed. We would definitely choose Christine's home again. We absolutely couldn't have chosen a better, more quaint home for our stay!!

Our family stayed at Hale Honoiki for a week. The home is well appointed and very comfortable. The location in Princeville is just great! The views are gorgeous. We had a wonderful week. Would definitely consider this house if we were ever to return!

Amazing Princeville Resort Home

Beautiful house on the golf course with view of the ocean horizon. Wrap around porch encircles the entire 2nd floor with many seating options to enjoy the views. The inside is beautifully furnished, very comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Beach chairs and towels, several coolers, games, bbq, and 2 bikes provided. Walking distance to the resort beach. Highly recommend this home!

Idyllic Retreat

We absolutely adored the home - very comfortable, stylish, clean and well appointed. Great location to explore from on the second green of Princeville Makai golf course. We awoke to roosters crowing and enjoyed the balmy breeze off the ocean. Truly everything you need to adventure from on the north shore. Ideal for 4-6 guests.

Beautiful home. Great manager. Loved the covered porch during a rain shower. So helpful to have basic spices available. Use instacart to do a Costco order. Bulk goods were cheaper than the smaller versions at the local grocery.

Just so wonderful!

This home has it all. The house itself is immaculately clean and the layout is perfect for gathering space as well as private space. Beautiful views, lots of birds- a quiet, restful place. It was a journey to get here from the east coast during this pandemic and definitely worth the effort. A superb visit! Mahalo~

Gorgeous VIEWS ALL the Way Around

Better than described. The views all around the house are stunning and the decor within the house is impeccable! Every corner of the house has been designed for comfort and beauty. Fabulous Stay

What a great house. Beautiful views. Clean and great amenities. View of mountains, ocean and backing on the golf course. Lamai (deck) around the entire house, wonderful - accessible from every upstairs room. Gardens are beautiful and well maintained. Beds were wonderful and comfortable. Living and kitchen facilities on second floor. Main floor bedroom and laundry facilities accessible from outside stairs only. Thanks for making our stay in Kauai a wonderful experience! Owners were wonderful and easy to communicate with. House Manager, Thames was readily accessible, and responsive. Our stay and trip were enhanced thanks to this beautiful home.

Beautiful location!! The air conditioner was broken in 3 of the the rooms. We reported it to the manager and were brushed off. The manager does not have good communication skills. Other than that our family enjoyed this beautiful home!!

Simply Amazing!

I just have to say that this trip to Kauai, our 5th and the 1st for many family members was simply Amazing!!! That was mainly due to this fabulous home! We couldn't have asked for better accommodations while we were on the island. Everything you could think of that you would need is provided and the home just felt like our home away from home! Plenty of room for our group of 4 couples as well as amazing views, sunsets and relaxation. Rent this home, you can't go wrong!!! Thank you Chris and Chip for everything and Thank you to the Property Manager for his hospitality!!

Spacious well-equipped home in Princeville

After a problematic check-in we found the home to be clean, spacious and well-equipped with comfortable beds in a beautiful neighborhood and we very much enjoyed our stay. We arrived at the appointed check-in time and found no key in the lock box and the garage door opener did not work. We couldn't get hold of the property manager, but eventually found one of the many glass doors to be unlocked so were able to enter. Would recommend guests contact the property manage prior to arrival to confirm the arrival time.

8 is Great!

Our group of 8 - 2 couples, 2 kids apiece (18 & 21, 15 & 16) - had an amazing 12 nights at this house and never grew tired of coming home to it or waking up at it. Location: my wife and I stayed in Lihue (hotel) once before this and loved that location bc of it's central location relative to the south/north ends of the island. So, we were a bit concerned that maybe we had decided to stay too far north. That was not a problem, at all. Yes, it took a bit longer to get all the way south for our Napali Coast tour, but everything else was within easy striking distance for us. There is SO MUCH to do up north, too. Location was great. House: all the beds were perfectly comfortable and well appointed. The house had everthing we needed, and we did most of our eating/prepping there. The wrap around deck was the highlight of every morning and evening. The views are superb. Can't say enough. Extras: plenty of snorkel and beach gear in the garage. Grill was great. Thames, the property manager, had a lot of great info. Lime trees out back supplied amazing margaritas! Book this property. You will not be disappointed.

North Shore Dream

We came to celebrate my husband‘s 70th birthday with family and friends and I can say this house made it very special. We enjoyed all aspects from the decor to the beautiful views on the wraparound deck. This house is everything you would expect in a beach house in Kauai. Truly Paradise Found

My family and I had a thoroughly wonderful time at this beautiful and very "Hawaiian" home. The bedrooms were all spacious with comfortable beds and my grand daughter loved her loft space. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances/utensils/etc. needed to prepare all our meals and the large dining table was perfect for our group. The living room was comfortable, but on the small size - which was OK for us, as most of us spent our time on the beautiful, large wrap-around porch when we were at the house. There are incredible views from the front porch of the Kauai mountains and across the golf course to the ocean off the back porch. The beach stuff provided was all we needed for our outings to the beach and snorkeling. My only small complaint is the master bath shower, which was small with the shower head too high, which made it difficult to take a shower with out getting your head wet - this wasn't a big deal for me as I ended up using the great outdoor shower all of the time, which I loved. We'll definitely consider coming here again on our next trip to Kauai.

Amazing Stay in Princeville

Our family of 7 stayed for one week and everything was perfect. The owners have thought of every detail for your comfort. The house is beautiful, super clean, and very comfortable. Communication was fast and so friendly. Loved, loved, loved our stay!

Best house on Makai Golf Course

This home was beautifully decorated and a perfect location for our family! The wrap around porch was where we spent most of our time when we weren’t out and about! One side, a view of the mountains and waterfalls, the other of the golf course and ocean! All the amenities you need, including boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkeling gear and bikes! I truly hope we can go back next year. Thames was very helpful, and informative of places and beaches to go to. I’ve been back in San Diego and all I can think about is what a great time we had with a smile!!!This is the place you want to stay!!
