Walking distance to some of North Florida's best hospitals, premier dining establishments, and incredible river sunset views. This 1924 remodeled bungalow has it all. Enjoy the cozy vibe of this studio without sacrificing the luxuries of your home with an in-unit laundry, coffee bar, and lush linens and bath towels.
