Guests will have access to the entire home, game garage, outdoor space (dock, fire pit and boats).

You can also use the community amenities such as the pools (indoor & outdoor), tennis/basketball court, fishing on the lakes (you need a fishing license), playground. You will need to purchase amenity badges from the management office or online to use any of the community amenities.

1 day pass - $20.00 per person
3 day pass - $30.00 per person
7 day pass - $50.00 per person

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. If we find an unauthorized pet in the house, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00/per day.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS/FIREWORKS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
