We’ve equipped you with everything you need for a perfect beach day, including chairs, an umbrella, towels, and boogie boards. Prefer exploring? Hop on our his-and-hers bikes and take a scenic 2.5-mile ride to downtown Cocoa Beach, where you’ll find vibrant nightlife, dining options, and entertainment. For a closer bite, fine dining is just at the end of the street, or walk south to enjoy Tex-Mex favorites at Taco City.

It’s just on the edge of all the excitement in downtown Cocoa Beach—you can, like, bike there in 10 minutes or whatever—but also, you can just walk to this super chill, quiet beach where it’s, like, all yours. Seriously, it’s the best of both worlds—fun vibes when you want them and total zen when you don’t! 🌊✨

The villa is, like, surrounded by this lush, tropical paradise, so it’s totally private and relaxing, but you’re still super close to Cocoa Beach’s shopping, dining, and nightlife.
