THE SPACE
This 3-bedroom, 2-bath garden villa has been thoughtfully curated to include everything that you need in your home away from home. The living room and dining room are open concept with two sets of sliding doors that open up to the garden patio with a large green space for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare all your favorite meals. We provide pots and pans (for seafood boils, too), quality knives, dinnerware and drinkware options for 8, mixing bowls, cutting boards, and various other utensils. There is a pour over coffee maker, cold brew and Brita water pitcher. We also keep the pantry stocked with helpful items – we believe that items like plastic wrap, foil, garbage bags, various seasonings and other kitchen supplies should be included.

The Flamingo Suite offers a comfortable king bed and a whimsical vintage tapestry. The 50” Smart TV includes access to your favorite streaming services. The en suite bath includes a newly renovated vanity area, standing shower and full closet with efficient storage for packing away your things. Cotton waffle towels and turkish cotton robes are included, as well.

The Palmetto Room features a comfortable king bed, tropical wallpaper, and colorful decor. The closet is thoughtfully planned to create additional space for getting ready while storing your things. This room feels like a private oasis.

The Floridays Room features a twin over queen to accommodate an additional guest. This room is great for the kids without being too “kiddish.” Settle in with a great book against the upholstered headboard of the lower bed. Reading lights and charging statins are provided for both beds, and this closet is stocked with reading materials, games, and toys for travelers of all ages. There’s a 43” Smart TV in this room, too, with cable and streaming services.

All bedrooms feature organic cotton bedding and privacy shades. We love hosting families! To accommodate our littlest guests, and make life much easier for mom and dad (we know!), we have provided night lights, a high chair, plastic dinnerware and cups, and an assortment of items for entertaining inside and outside the unit. Each bedroom has room for a pack and play or bassinet if you choose to bring one, too.

To help you enjoy your beach experience, we have also provided portable chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, a beach wagon, and more.
