Enjoy a convenient location just a short drive from the beach, restaurants, walking paths, and amazing local attractions, including the Wright Memorial Museum, Outer Banks Kayak Adventures, Jockey's Ridge State Park, OBXscape Rooms, Roanoke Island Festival Park, The Pointe Golf Club, North Carolina Aquarium On Roanoke Island, and Elizabethan Gardens.

Perfect for beach-loving families, a getaway with the girls, or a fishing trip with the boys! 'Casa Domingo' invites you to kick back, relax, and explore the historic charm of the Outer Banks! The perfect place for your beach getaway! Casa Domingo is pet friendly (with a pet fee & maximum of 2 pets only please).

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Community pools are typically available for guest use from Memorial Day through Labor Day and are subject to close without notice.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is two Ring cameras outside at the carport area for guest protection.


Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Very nice house, very clean and well stocked(just in case you forgot something).Check in/out was very easy. Very good communication with owner - Corey. The house is located in a nice/safe community - we met many nice friendly people. We liked that it is pretty centrally located - whether you wanted to head north to see the wild horses or south to the National Seashore. We had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend it.

Only 2things wrong. One coffee pot not working and light in master bath inoperative. Other than that awesome stay and may want it next year. Great place.

Cozy stay

This home was clean, extremely well appointed with linens, paper products, appliances, etc. We really appreciated the ease of the checkout process. It’s a bit pricy (with host fees) for the location, but the pros outweighed this slight con for us. Owners were super nice and easy to communicate with.

Perfect getaway

The property owners were easy to work with and very responsive. The property has everything you need and the community pool was well maintained. The location was perfect with tons of restaurants and activities, and a quick drive to the beach access. We would definitely book again. Thank you for sharing your home!

I was truly impressed with Casa Domingo. Exactly as described and very well maintained. Easy check In/out process and great communication with the owner if needed. Such a pleasant surprise to have excellent accommodations, well stocked with everything you could possibly need or want. The dwelling itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Easy access to attractions both on site and off. The community is pleasant, peaceful and the residents are kind and engaging. Colington Harbour is truly a rare pearl!

Exceeded Expectations

When we got to the house, the pictures didn’t do it justice. It was very clean! And was so easy to get around to everything. It’s about a 10min drive to the public beaches. My family and I had a great time with our dogs. The yard was very clean and we had an easy time spraying the pups off with the hose.

Nice Home

Our stay ended short due to property issues. There were issues with "odors" that were so overwhelming we were unable to stay in the home. The property manager was absolutely great at responding back to my messages and also refunding the days that were did not stay. The home itself was very nice, I would have wished it would have had more grass for our pup though.

Vacation

We loved staying here! I especially loved how the neighborhood had security at the gate. The pool was great and it wasn’t a far drive to the beach! This place was super clean especially for being pet friendly. And stocked very well! My only small complaint is that the bunk beds are squeaky, but other than that everything was amazing!!

Nice and clean

The house was clean, plenty of room and basic amenities. The location wasn’t as close as we would’ve liked to everything and the pool was further than most places we have stayed and the pool closed early. None of these are fault of the homeowner. The only thing that would’ve been better is to upgrade the wifi. We had no cell reception at the location and the wifi kept cutting out. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Pet Friendly Home Base

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Casa Domingo. This house is extremely pet friendly. My daughter and I didn't have to worry about our dogs getting into anything that would hurt them. The front screened porch was especially delightful. We and the dogs could watch the neighborhood walk their children and their dogs past the house. And, we found a cute restaurant, Colington Cafe, just down the road. It has loads of character and really great food. The owners of Casa Domingo checked in with us a number of times during our stay. Thank you, Raquel! The house's location is great for going out for the day south and then again north.

Short stay for going fishing

The property is in a great location, not too far from the beach but far enough that it is peaceful. The house has some really cool features like a patio area with a brick pizza oven. The owners obviously take pride in making people feel welcome with towels and blankets set out in the room and plenty of other little touches. Was a great long weekend!

Another Excellent Stay with Memories!

Corey has always been a great host! He understands family with hectic schedule. He ensured that our needs were met before and during our trip. The house has everything you need to make it a cozy vacation home. Literally you don’t have to bring anything. They have beach items, towels, kitchen essentials, bathroom toiletries. This is our second stay at this home and we love it here! The convenience of the private beach access and the community pool are a plus to this property. We will definitely make this home our annual vacation visit or weekend getaway.

Great OBX Option

We enjoyed our brief stay in OBX. This home was extremely clean and was as described. Communication and response times from owners was A1. Appreciated having some info on local attraction and restaurants. Would recommend this property for families with children. Only minor pitfall was that the bunk beds were extremely squeaky which impacted sleep for our kids.
