Sijaitsee rauhallisella äänen puolella, vain muutaman korttelin päässä merestä. Tule uida altaassa ja rentoutua porealtaassa! Suuri mökki perheille. Aidattu piha, jossa keinut ja hiekkalaatikko lapsille, kaunis kala lampi ja vesiputous jotain koko perheelle. Biljardipöytä ja suuri näyttö TV: n DVD pelin tai elokuvailtoja. Lähellä ostosmahdollisuuksia ja ihania ravintoloita. Julkinen leikkipaikka ja julkinen veneluiska 3 korttelin päässä. Muutaman korttelin päässä rannasta ja lähellä julkisen ja ilmainen pysäköinti. Mökki on 2 perhehuonetta yläkerrassa ja alakerrassa. Sekä DVD: n ja suuri näyttö TV: n. Kerrossänky huone, jossa TV ja DVD-soitin. Kaikki pyyhkeet ja liinavaatteet mukana. Vieras odotetaan sytyttää puhtaita ennen kassalle. Uusi pesukone ja kuivaaja käytettävissä. Piknik-pöydän ja kaasugrilli tankki täynnä kokemuksen parantamiseksi ulkosuihku avuksesi. Jalkakäytävät ympärille mökki allas ja kalalammikko. Keski-ilmastointi. Keittiössä kaikki laitteet mikseri, leivänpaahdin uuni, purkinavaaja, yli liesi mikroaaltouuni, tehosekoitin, kahvinkeitin. Jääkaappi jääpalakone ja veden ovi. Extra pakastin alas portaita. Kalanperkauspöytä.

We had a wonderful family vacation staying in this home. The hot tub and pool were well maintained and clean. The bunk bed room was a hit for the children! We never ran out of towels, there was an abundance. There were countless hours spent playing pool, foosball & air hockey. Can’t wait to come back!

Overall, our stay was excellent. The house was very clean and extremely well-equipped with everything we needed, and the pool and hot tub were used every day. Great location - convenient short drive to the ocean and easy walking to the sound and walkways. The only inconveniences were having to put sheets on the beds when we arrived after a long drive, and having to wash, dry, and put away towels before we left. However, with all of the options that this house afforded, we would highly recommend it to others.

This is a perfect place to stay if you are looking for fun when not at the beach! Great pool, nice hot tub & there is a pool table, air hockey & foos ball tables; plenty of things to do - we did not turn on the TV once! Communication with the managers was awesome…always very quick to respond! This really could not have been any better!!! If ever going back to OBX - would definitely rent again without hesitation!

Great for a Family Vacation

The house was as advertised & the most well-stocked house we have ever stayed at. There was plenty of bath towels, beach towels, condiments, toys, etc. It was conveniently located near a large beach access, restaurants, grocery stores, shops, etc. Donna responded promptly to any concerns that we had. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the pool & swingset. I highly recommend it.

This house was amazing! Location was perfect & house itself was better than expected! Pool/hotub were both clean and a great hang out spot. Only a couple minutes to beach access and sound side access. Lots of space in the rooms and everything was perfect! Owners were amazing and communicated so well the whole stay.

A Fantastic Oasis

Our stay at this vacation home was simply outstanding! The property exceeded all our expectations with its spacious layout and top-notch amenities. The private pool and spa were perfect for relaxation, and the game room kept everyone entertained. The kitchen was fully equipped, making meal prep a breeze. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like beach towels, bicycles, and ample outdoor furniture. The location near the ocean was ideal, providing easy access to stunning beaches and nearby activities. More than enuff!

We truly couldn’t have been more fortunate to have found this gem. It had everything that we needed and more. We enjoyed alternating days between the pool oasis and the beach. I even created a scavenger hunt for our group to play, just based on the incredible amenities that the house featured. The location was exquisite, with a brew thru and ice machine in walking distance! We enjoyed the short walk to watch sunsets at the sound side. Hoping to return annually for our gatherings!

Family vacation

Really convenient location, a lot of stuff around to do and close walk to the beach. The listing is identical to what is listed online. The house literally has everything you need on vacation (kitchen stuff, towels etc). The host is very responsive to messages. My only complaint was the house was not super clean, the floor had a lot of debris on it. There was black dog hair everywhere (including the washer machine) and sand on top of one of the beds.

Clean, entertaining vacation home; in a safe, quiet neighborhood.

This home is clean, tidy and has everything you need for a comfortable, homey feel. They go above and beyond supplying more than other properties as far as plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap and dishwasher liquid. The fridge has condiments stocked so you don’t have to buy all new and then waste. The owners are pleasant and quick to respond to any inquiries and requests. The beach is close, but I wouldn’t recommend walking or riding bikes as you have to cross the super busy main strip, and there are no close stop lights with safe traffic crossing. The beds and pillows are clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub most days and on rainy days, the pool and air hockey tables were a lot of fun. In the evenings, we sat in the rockers on the deck and observed how friendly and tight-knit the neighbors residing there are. Overall, it’s a very quiet, pleasant, safe neighborhood and place to stay!

Home away from Home

We stayed for the weekend and it was our first time to the outer banks! We loved it! It really felt like home! I was my husband and I and our 2 boys . Ages 1 and 4. There was a high chair for us to use that was very convenient! And I loved the high chair - very sturdy! My husband and I enjoyed listening to the radio and playing pool downstairs. With the boys playing on the floor/one in a play pen that was provided there as well! It is very family friendly and the owners were very communicative . We had forgot our beach toys at home so we was very grateful there was some there we was able to use. The pool was nice and very relaxing. I think the only problem or something we ran into , but I don’t think it could have been helped was that the grass in the back yard about the play set had those little “stickers” or “grass spurs” “devil heads” I’m not sure what everyone else calls them. But we had to make sure to wear shoes or something anytime we was walking in the grass or around it or made sure to stay in the sidewalk. 10/10 would most definitely stay again! LOVE OUR STAY!

Just enuf sums it up!

The house was okay. It was not quite as roomy or clean as the photos make it appear. The landloard does NOT have the house cleaned professionally between guest rentals. In fact, she asked us to clean it before checking out, then, after we’d cleaned it...she and her sister went to clean it and sent us an email, complaining we hadn’t done as good a job cleaning as she would have liked. Also, the hot tub had been taken down for the winter, so we didn’t have that amenity to use. We felt that since the info makes clear the fireplace is not available in summer, that a sentence should have been added stating the hot tub isn’t available in the off-season. The home is cluttered with stuff and decor is over-done with mixed styles. So, overall we grade this place a solid “C”.” Average. That’s it. The place wasn’t wonderful...it was “just enuf”.

Overall, its a great house, we had a great stay. They have bikes to ride, a pool to swim in, a hot tub to just relax in, and a game room with pool, fooseball, and air hockey. We have absolutely no issues with the house, other than we swept up some sand on the floor from prior people. No big deal, we are adults and our arms arent broken. The sand was probably from the sandy yard. The issues came after we left. We spent 2 hours sweeping, vacuuming, and sticky rolling everything we could to clean up any mess(dog hair), left by our dogs. We even covered the furniture in the living room to prevent the dog hair on the furniture. I get a message on our way home stating we are being charged for clean up and damage to the yard. We missed about 5 dog hairs, and the issue with the yard is that its grass and sand. You walk on it, you create divots in it. Just like the beach. So that was what our issues were, so thats why I gave the score I did. Too nit picky over nothing. I dont want to tell anyone not to stay, just becareful if you have pets.
