Welcome to Mammoth Lakes, where you will be surrounded by nature. Trailhead and snowy activities are nearby, as well as shops and restaurants. Find a comfortable living area inside this condo with a fireplace and TV. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is available for any cooking needs. The furnished balcony even includes a grill to enjoy a barbecue when the weather is right. At night, rest your head in one of the bedrooms - each with a TV.

The pool and spa area are closed until further notice.
This home does not allow early check-in.
Please remember to bring your pool towels; we only provide regular towels for your stay.
While pots and pans are available, consumables such as oil, spices, and coffee are not provided as a safety precaution.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Best: Location is perfect. 1 block off of the Village and parking lot leads to 'ski-back' trail. Kitchen and Bathrooms were updated, clean, pretty well stocked, and the property management team very responsive. Better: I would be hesitant to bring over 6 people as it lacks seating in the main room. Unless you have small kids. It does have a Keurig (suggest adding to listing) Meh: Hot tub was broke and did not find out until we arrived. Email prior would have been nice. No wine glasses but I understand those get broken a ton. Only complaints would be noisy neighbors upstairs, lack of direct communication about the hot-tub, & the VRBO fees. For a short stay 3 nights or less we found it to be more expensive than a hotel. I would use it again for 3+ nights for sure!!

We had my husband and I snd our three grown children and having three bathrooms was key; the location is super convenient walking to the gondola and the place was beautiful. We’ll go back! Just make sure you bring extra toilet paper and paper towels because when you run out you have to buy your own.

Great location
The description and pictures of the property are accurate and you will find everything you need for your stay there. The location is a very short walk (across the street) from the village where you will find stores, restaurants, and the gondola. I would only mention that the fireplace did not work, but I did not contact the owner about it because it was not that important to me. Heating throughout the property is more than adequate. I would stay in the property again and I do recommend it to anyone in need of three bedrooms and three bathrooms who wants to stay very close to the village.
