Location, location! This luxury 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom custom townhome is ideally situated just a 2-3 minute walk from the Gondola and Village. Sleeps up to 8 people.
Perfect for multiple families, this end-unit townhome offers a private 2-car garage and a private hot tub. Nestled on a small cul-de-sac with only 3 duplexes, this spacious townhome spans a total of 1700 sq.ft across 3 levels. Enjoy the spa on your own deck off the living room or the BBQ deck next to the kitchen. The townhome also features a roomy 2-car garage with a ski storage room.
Sleeping arrangements include 2 master bedrooms with king beds and en-suite full bathrooms, 1 guest room on the main level with a bunk bed (queen bed under full bed). The dining area comfortably seats 8, and there s a granite counter bar with 3 stools for additional seating.
The open floor plan boasts a stone gas fireplace, and the fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, and coffee machine. Each room is equipped with wireless smart TVs, and there s an in-unit washer/dryer in the upstairs hall. Whether you re visiting in the summer or winter, you ll find everything you need for a fantastic vacation in beautiful Mammoth Lakes.
This property is non-smoking and pet-friendly, allowing one dog under 40 pounds with a one-time pet fee of $75.
Please note that this unit has a private jacuzzi on the upper deck that will be serviced every Thursday. A spa technician will enter the unit, even if occupied, every Thursday.
