Perfect for couples or grandparents who want some peace and quiet away from the main house.
âȘïž There are A/C mini-splits and a portable A/C unit in each bedroom, but the rest of the house has fans. Always cool inside.
âȘïž Blackout curtains for our travel nurses and light-sensitive.

đ I'm just a call or text away at any given moment, and live nearby, and regularly check on my properties. Our handyman is just down the block and can be summoned quickly as well. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions, or for local recommendations, etc!
âïž The historic neighborhood of Ocean Beach is famous for its laid-back atmosphere and strong sense of community. Walkability to everything "OB" has to offer is reminiscent of a bygone era where cars were less necessary. One can surf in the morning, go shopping midday, enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, and end the day with a fancy dinner, all without ever being more than a short walk back home.đ

We have provided a vacuum or broom, and a dustpan just in case you need them for any spills or excessive pet hair (PLEASE unclog the vacuum if your pet hair clogs it up).
