Uskomattomat näkymät kattoterassilta. Tässä modernissa talossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa täydet kylpyammeet sekä kuningatar vuodesohva ja kahden hengen sohva. Lähellä Ocean Beachin aktiviteetteja ja kävelymatkan päässä Sunset Cliffsistä. Walk One ja puoli korttelia merelle. Nykyaikaiset laitteet, mukaan lukien keurig-kahvinkeitin, graniittikeittiöt ja pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Kaksi uutta queen-vuodetta makuuhuoneessa yksi uusi queen-vuode toisessa makuuhuoneessa. Queen-sohva nukkuja olohuoneessa ja hengen sohva nukkuja yläkerrassa. Uudet huonekalut koko talossa. Nauti kauniista Ocean Beach -säästä terasseilta pois makuuhuoneesta, katolla ja keittiöstä. Nukkuu 9 aikuista sängyssä. Smart TV Amazonin ja Netflixin kanssa. Katolla sijaitseva grilli, kaksi rantatuolia, kaksi Boogie-lautaa, 9 rantapyyhettä ja rantaleluja. Everything you need

Once again San Diego did not disappoint and neither did our VRBO. This was the most well stocked property I have ever stayed at. It had literally eveything you could need. It is in a great location… close to all that San Diego has to offer. The property manager was extremely responsive. There is a little convenient store two doors down which was a life saver for quick grab and go items. The only complaint I had was the master bedroom had a heavy odor of mildew in it. Obviously it’s bound to happen being so close to the ocean and having a bathroom located in the bedroom. It appears they are doing their best to manage it as they had moisture absorbing packs hanging throughout the room and bathroom. I would recommend this location to anyone and hope to be returning back. We had two adults and 4 teenage boys and fit well at the property.

Wonderful Experience

Can't say enough good things about this house. It was clean and comfortable and had a very well-stocked kitchen. The location was perfect for us to get to several San Diego attractions. Lots of restaurants close by and walking the Sunset Cliffs was amazing. The owner, Troy, could NOT have been any nicer or more helpful. We loved it so much, we'd like to come back in the future!

Lovely house close to the Sunset cliffs

Neat house- well appointed- nice kitchen with everything you need- Fab rooftop( note picture on website is not current- now a large tree hiding half of the ocean view) but still nice!- carport was great! The neighbors yard is pretty disastrous ( but he’s a nice friendly fellow). We enjoyed our stay in Ocean beach. Great location!

Quiet, perfect set-up with plenty roof-top hang out space

The area isn't right in the heart of any action. But, aside from grabbing groceries or dinner, that makes it PERFECT. There's parking in the back, but plenty of parking on the street too. It didn't hurt that the weather was dreamy while we were there, but maybe that's just San Diego for you! Our boys each had their own queen sized bed. Each bedroom has it's own small but totally adequate bathroom. laundry is right on the same floor with the bedrooms. My husband worked during the days while we went out and explored and it worked perfect for all of us.

This listing is deceiving. The pictures look great but there is a lot wrong here. First off there is a huge leak in the ceiling and it’s obvious it’s has been going on for quite sometime. There is stagnant water siting in the entryway chandelier from the leak and the floor in the entryway below it is caving in due to water constantly dripping. The mattress in the master bedroom literally has a hole on one side you sink into. I messaged the property manger and he said he wasn’t aware of it but when I looked back through the reviews other people had mentioned it so obviously he was lying. The smoke detectors in the house have been removed which is 100% illegal. These people have no integrity and obviously do not care for the safety of any family that stays here.

Nice place, shady owner

The property itself was really nice—beautiful home and a great location. The only minor issue was that the toilets had trouble flushing, but overall, it was a comfortable stay. However, our experience was marred by the property manager's questionable behavior. The listing originally indicated that the home was pet-friendly with no mention of additional fees. After we booked, the property manager requested a pet fee, but when I asked for proof that this was listed, he only provided a screenshot of his settings where he was adding the fees. After our stay, I noticed that he updated the listing to include pet fees and claimed it was already there, but thankfully I had already taken screenshots of the original listing that showed no such details. When we refused to pay the unexpected $70 pet fee, he retaliated by charging me $70 for alleged “pet damages” and was incredibly rude in our communications. Additionally, he preferred to be paid via Venmo or PayPal instead of through the app. Throughout this issue, he communicated with me via my personal phone instead of using the app’s chat feature, further making it clear he does not want Vrbo to be aware of his questionable actions. This could have been a great stay, but the unprofessional conduct of the property manager left a bad impression.

Ocean breezes to soothe your soul

Clean and lovely property! I loved all of the natural light and cross-breezes when windows and doors were opened. Kitchen: Beautiful, well-stocked and functional. Spices were appreciated (thank you). Lots of pots/pans. 2cup pyrex measure cup. 9×13 glass dish. Mixing bowls + a couple of small leftovers containers with lids. Keurig. 4-slot toaster. Small toaster oven. Microwave. Full sized oven with gas stove top. Lots of nice utensils/plates/bowls/glasses. Even a few lil kid plastic cups/bowls. Nice knives & cooking utensils. Measuring cups/spoons. Plenty of pantry space & countertop space. Bathrooms: Quality toilet paper and shower amenities were appreciated (thank you!). Balcony: It was amazing! Outstanding ocean breeze and views up there. Grill and eating area were nice. Loved the gas fire place near the balcony lounge furniture. Favorite part of the house! FYI if you are bringing dogs: there's not really a yard space for them to potty. There is a tiny grassy side yard but not very human accessible because the entry way on both ends is blocked by large plants, so we avoided using it. My dogs were a lil out of sorts about sidewalk potty. Also, outdoor yard area is lovely, but not fenced. Our dogs obey off-leash so no probs, but good to know for dog owners. Outdoor hose was appreciated for dog & human sandy feet before going inside. Our dogs loved dog beach, and we loved our stay! We would definitely stay here again on a future San Diego trip.

The rooftop was such a nice touch, fire pit and plenty of seating. The living rooms was very comfortable and relaxing with a fireplace! The bedrooms were nice as well, with comfortable bedding and clean restrooms.The hosts were extremely friendly, kind and responsive! Highly recommend! This was our first time using VRBO and the experience was great from end to end.
