Situated on the canal leading into little lagoon only a short walk to the beach, this 2-bed + bonus bunk room, 2.5-bath house is the perfect place for a retreat whether you're looking to spend your days relaxing on the beach, enjoying the luxury of peace away from the crowds, or visiting the abundance of local attractions that the island has to offer!

Inside this 1616sq ft home, you'll be wrapped in luxury with 2 spacious bedrooms and a bonus bunk room spread out across 2 levels, 2 full sized bathrooms, and 1half bath! The open living space offers an abundance of room for relaxing and enjoying a movie together as well as a dining area that has enough seats for 10 people between the 6 chair table set and 4 barstools at the bar height counter. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you might need to create any meal your heart desires! Love coffee? Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig provided. After you've taken a stroll to the nearby beach access or had a day full of fun at local attractions and you're ready to retire for the evening – there will be more than enough options for you and your travel companions to choose from! There are 2 full bedrooms, with 1 bedroom featuring a king bed along with a twin sized pullout in the comfy chair, 1 bedroom featuring a queen bed with twin bunk on top, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. A bonus bunk room provides a twin over twin bunk, bringing the sleeping total to 10 people! Getting ready for bed or getting ready in the mornings for the day ahead will be a breeze as well, with 2 full sized bathrooms and a half bath.

To access the beach, you only have to walk 2 blocks away to the nearest public beach access. You're also a short drive away from more access points in the center of the city, favorite dining locations, the Gulf Coast Zoo, numerous shops and several family entertainment destinations including The Track!

You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, shopping at numerous boutiques and souvenir stores, and only minutes away from the Wharf, the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex and Tanger Outlet Mall. Other features of Gulf Shores include "The Hangout" home to the famous "Hangout Music Festival" where you get to listen to your favorite bands with your toes in the sand. Local eateries are so abundant that it will be a challenge to visit each one during a single vacation! * RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 4 vehicles per reservation parked under the house/driveway, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a starter set of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
