Tee seuraava rantaloma Isle of Palmsissa, joka on yksi mielenkiintoisimmista muistoistasi. Tämä on täydellinen koti monen perheen loma. Kuusi makuuhuonetta, neljä kylpyhuonetta sekä suuri uima-allas ja kylpylä tarjoavat kaikki kodin mukavuudet Atlantin valtamerellä takapihallasi.

Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on avoin olohuone, ruokailutila ja keittiö, jossa on kovat puulattiat ja upeat näkymät merelle jokaisesta huoneesta! Keittiössä on graniitti työtasot, keski-saari, jossa on 3 tuoliastiaa ja sähköliesi, joka on rakennettu mikroaaltouuniin ja uuniin, astianpesukoneeseen sekä suuri side-by-side-jääkaappi.

Ruokasali mahtuu 8 ja tarjoaa helpon pääsyn katetulle kuistille. Avoin olohuone, jossa on katedraalin katto ja upeat näkymät merelle laajan liukulasiovien kautta, sisältää kaasutakka ja 47 tuuman litteän TV / DVD / CD / Stereo-viihdejärjestelmän.

Suuri makuuhuone, jossa on king-size-vuode, antaa toisen suuren merinäköalan ja tarjoaa yksityisen pääsyn katetulle kuistille. Tilavassa master-kylpyammeessa on poreallas, suihkukaappi ja kaksinkertainen pesuallas. Yksi vierashuone on myös tässä kerroksessa, ja siihen kuuluu 2 queen-size-vuodetta, joissa on TV / DVD. Sillä on pääsy täyden salin kylpyammeeseen, jossa on amme / suihku. Pesutupa on varustettu täysikokoisella pesukoneella / kuivurilla.

Beautiful property

Location is excellent and the house was perfect for our group with plenty of space! Beach access was wonderful and the pool was such a nice addition. Easy walk to the restaurants and shops. Would definitely return!

The space is perfect! I will add that some attention should be given for updates and deep cleaning as we could see a noticeable decline in the general state of the home, and I can understand - I'm sure this home gets a lot of rentals due to space perfection and location!

The problems we experienced with this stay: the house had not been cleaned prior to our arrival (East Islands remedied this situation as soon as possible and refunded one night); the HVAC system needs some maintenance, upstairs was inequitable distribution of the air, one side was much warmer than the other. East Islands was great at addressing anything we reported wrong with property in a timely manner.

However, we paid quite a lot & very early for heated pool & spa. It was not turned on when we got there, & ended up losing more than a day & 1/2 of this service without compensation. Very happy with everything about the house, but the mattresses have seen better days. Even so, we would rent again! Keyless entry would be nice, traffic around East Island office was a zoo!

Peaceful and relaxing vacation

Reviewer Comments: We had 7 adults and 5 children staying in this home (4 families) and we found the home to be spacious enough to allow up our own spaces, however when we wanted to get together the kitchen/dining area and living provided ample space. Going to the beach and pool was a breeze!! Without hesitation I would recommend this home due to location. There are parts of the home that are weathered and need attention. The door from the living area to the patio was impossible to open. We also found mold in the master bathroom and a closet upstairs. We let the property managers know this, and we hope that they were attentive to the matter. We had AC issues, along with an issue heating the hot tub. The management company quickly dealt with these issues.

Great Location, But....

The location was great, and the house comfortably fit our family of 8 adults and 5 children. We did have a fun vacation. However, there were serious issues with cleanliness and overall condition of the property. The front bathroom had black mold covering the ceiling when we arrived. Workmen came out on our day of arrival and the next day to try to remove the mold, and then the ceiling was primed with Kilz the following day. A tech was checking our pool and shocking it when we arrived, thus we had to wait a couple of hours until we could use the pool. The tech was supposed to return mid-week to clean and check chemicals but never did. The floor of the pool had algae in several areas and the skimmer was never cleaned. The propane cylinder was empty when we first tried to use the bbq pit, so we had to go to the office to exchange for a full one (should have been checked before we arrived). A chair broke when we sat on it on the deck. The cooktop vent duct was separated and blew into the cabinet below. The icemaker did not work, nor did pool lights. Too many things were broken, and attention to detail was lacking. The mold covering the entire bathroom ceiling was completely unacceptable. These things should have been taken care of prior to our arrival.

Needs Updates

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is great in size and close to everything. It is super outdated though. All the appliances need to be replaced, burners on stove don't work, ice maker barely works, half the racks in the refridgerator were missing. Chandelier light wouldn't come on at all. None of the outlets would hold a charger they fall right out of the wall, once we found one that worked, we all had to share to charge our phones. We had a hurricane while there last week, no one at the rental office called to check in and the pool never got cleaned so we didn't get to use it including the surrounding outside area that was full of palm leaves and dirt. All the furniture on the porch and below was thrown about so we had to put all that back together as well. We love this area and have been the last 8 years every summer, but I was really put off by all this with as expensive this area is and things weren't taken care of, houses on both sides of us with different offices were both cleaned after the storm.

The house was even better than the pictures and very clean, bright and cheery! The pool area and the covered area by the pool - top notch!!! The location on the beach was amazing! We had golf carts but you could easily walk to lots of restaurants etc. The rental company as always was great to work with! We would definitely rent this home again. We were all very sad to leave which is an indication of a great family vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we had a great vacation planned with all the kids and grandkids. This house was perfect for what we were looking for. The location to the shops and bars was exactly what we needed. The beach was right there and it was ideal for the different schedules and plans for everybody. Charleston is close by
