The owners were very prompt with answering any questions that I had. They made sure the check in process was easy and smooth. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The chairs and umbrella for the beach were much appreciated. We sat the camping chairs out on the balcony in the late evenings when the sun had gone down and enjoyed the nice breeze. Very relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. We will definitely return.
We enjoyed the beautiful and breathtaking sunsets. Someone walking on the beach saw us holding hands and walking along the shore and snapped this photo of us. They stopped us and wanted to share it with us. We were so thrilled to get this picture!!

Rental was so clean, had everything you need for cooking etc. They had umbrella and camping chairs which was great cause we have bad knees and older generation. The host returned texts promptly. They had boogy noards, and skimmers. I would highly recommend this place.

AMAZING!

This property was fantastic! Incredibly clean, had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, and is literally steps away from the beach. The neighborhood is quiet, but with plenty to do within walking distance or a short drive. We will definitely be staying again. Highly recommend booking this wonderful condo rented out by very thoughtful owners.

Peaceful and Relaxing

Loved this condo and will be back. Tastefully decorated, comfortable and had every thing needed away from home. My favorite of course is the sunroom with morning views of the ocean waves. Marianne was wonderful on confirming what was open during our trip and went above and beyond. Also accommodated our early flight schedules, can't thank her enough!

Love Indian Shores!

Our family of 4 had an amazing vacation in Indian Shores! This condo is amazing and clean and is stocked with everything you will need. It is just a short walk across the road to the beach. The location is perfect - Indian Shores isn't crowded and has a great hometown vibe. We loved the local restaurants Crabby Bill's and Haze Ice Cream. There is also a putt putt course within walking distance of the property. It's also close to St. Pete and Clearwater if you want to make a short drive for more activities and restaurants.We drove to Clearwater and ate at Frenchy's. You won't be disappointed in this beautiful property!

I’m sorry to say “NO” about the visit, see below

The condo was great and clean and tidy. The pool was okay but there were 2 days (Tuesday and Wednesday) when a group of 16 to 18 teenage boys took over the pool after 2 pm and were rowdy, reckless, loud and rude. The parents with them cheered them on with their reckless behavior and drove most out of the pool area. On Friday I was at the pool when a small girl SPIT on me twice while her mother did nothing. We have a pet so we know that a long term stay is not possible, but in the short term I was VERY disappointed - maybe the owners should consider making the rentals 55 + or adult only. Your condo itself was in no way a disappointment but people suck!

Great time!

This was booked last minute and for the price, we truly found a gem! My only complaints about the condo itself, is that all of the beach chairs were rusted and broken, along with the cooler. But, those were easy purchases we could make on our own. There is also no privacy in the bedroom. The living room is connected to the office area, which has glass doors leading into the bedroom. I noticed that before booking, but was hopeful there were curtains or a door that the images didn’t show on the listing. But, none of these things were significant enough to keep us from staying there again. The area is very nice, but a little too busy for our family. No where near as crowded as PCB, Destin, or other touristy areas like that, but still a little congested. Over all, I would highly recommend this condo, and the area! Thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful place with us, and providing a much needed vacation to my family!

Happy until check out

This property was exactly as described. I read the guidelines wrong and thought checkout was at 11. It was at 10. How I discovered that was the cleaning people showed up. I explained to them we would be out asap and were out by 10:30. We cleaned up as required, yet I received a email and a phone call from the owner stating some 'things' were missing. I called her back to hear linens were missing, and they would have to keep my deposit. I explained to here exactly how we left them and her response was she's never had a problem with the cleaning people before therefore I would be losing my deposit. I asked her for SPECIFICS on what was missing and never received a reply. This was the most ridiculous thing I have ever encountered. I will be turning her into VRBO for this in addition to her contacting us and letting us know to go outside VRBO next time because of their fees. Really disappointed.

The condo was decorated perfectly for the area. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool was perfect with plenty of lounge chairs and the perfect temperature. And the beach is just across the street! Easy access. And there's much to do and plenty of great restaurants in the area. We had a wonderful time.

After renting there 4 times, we fell in love with the area and bought there!!! We can't imagine being anywhere else on the Gulf Coast. We are a large family with many ages from young to older adults and there is something there for everyone. We grew up in Ohio where the winters can be pretty tough. Coming to Indian Shores was like a breath of fresh air and after a few visits we knew we didn't want to be anywhere else in Florida. In addition to being steps from the Beach we are also steps from the Intercoastal waterways!! The proximity to Tampa International Airport and St. Petersburg Airport
(PIE) makes it a breeze to be at the Resort within a half hour of Tampa airport and 20 minutes from PIE (St. Petersburg) Airport. This area fit all our needs, both weather-wise and for friendliness, relaxation, and fun, great dining, and sight seeing. Relax or not....the choice is yours!!!

We simply fell in love with this little piece of Heaven. Relax, or live it up. The choice is yours. We pride ourselves on this very clean, bright, and welcoming well decorated condo. But even more, we fell in love with the area itself We pay attention to detail, listen to what our guests have to say and suggest so we can get even better. The Beach, the Intracoastal, the many many restaurants, the friendly people, the many things to do, the stunning sunsets, Clearwater and St. Pete's Beaches close by, the many attractions in the area, OR, do NOTHING but enjoy the quiet beauty of walking the Beach or the walking or biking path right on Gulf Blvd, meeting the shop owners, boating, fishing, shopping. St. John's Pass. Indian Shores even has a Trolley that goes up and down the Gulf for a nominal fee and you can get off and on anywhere you wish. Its all there. Many places to go to and see for all ages. The people are friendly and it feels like a home away from home. This condo has most everything just like home!! The Location is second to none!!! Grocery stores right on either Park Blvd or Walsingham Rd. We are literally just steps from the Beach as Barefoot Beach has it's own PRIVATE Beach entrance. A real plus for ALL ages. We strive to give our guests the best vacation experience for the best value possible!! We are always happy to answer any questions you may have as our main goal is to help our guests have an Fun, Safe, and Memorable vacation.

You can be as quiet and relaxed as you wish or you can enjoy the night life. There is something for everyone of all ages. LARGE fun Mini Golf RIGHT next door. The 5 acres of greenery and the resort is well kept, coffee looking out from the sun room in the morning is a pleasure along with a small view of the ocean and the proximity to the beach is the best. The convenience is all there. Jet ski and Wave Runner Rental very close by! Water taxi is offered for service to local attractions. Private Fishing Dock on the resort to deep water channel is right on the property. Dolphins are often seen there at the Intercoastal waterway just steps from the Pool. Barefoot Beach Resort is one of the best kept secrets in Indian Shores. The value here is one of the best.
