Tämä kauniisti päivitetty kahden makuuhuoneen / kahden kylpyhuoneisto The Villasissa Walton Creekissä on hoidettu huolella, koska ostimme sen uuden vuonna 1998. Majoittamalla mukavasti 4 - 6, olemme hiljattain päättäneet joitain laajoja päivityksiä, muun muassa korvaamalla väsyneen vanhan maton uusilla parkettilattialla ja uusilla liuskekivilaatoilla pääalueilla, lisäämällä uuden maton makuuhuoneisiin, uusia kvartsilaskurit, ruostumattomat laitteet ja kanisterin valaistuksen keittiössä , ja molemmat kylpyhuoneet uusitaan. Olemme varmistaneet, että huoneistossa on kaikki mitä tarvitset talvi- tai kesälomaan! Kompleksi sisältää ulkouima-ammeen rentoutumiseen kovan päivän jälkeen rinteillä tai polulla.

Kätevästi lähellä gondolapohjaa sijaitseva The Villas on vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä luonnonkauniista puronpuolen päällystetystä polusta, joka vie sinut gondolille, laskettelurinteille tai kesäretkelle vain 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Matka ilmaisella bussilla (saatavana 15-20 minuutin välein) antaa nopean pääsyn rinteille, lähellä oleviin ravintoloihin ja ruokakauppoihin. Kaupat ja muut aktiviteetit Steamboat Springsin keskustassa ovat vain kahden mailin päässä samalla bussireitillä. Säännöllisesti ajoitetut HDN- ja DIA-lentokenttäkuljetukset ottavat ja laskevat vieraita suoraan ovellemme, joten sinun ei tarvitse edes vuokra-autoa. Sinulla on paljon rauhallisuuden hetkiä vain katsomalla upeita näkymiä. Kaasutakka olohuoneessa on tervetullut vuorokauden jälkeen.

Muita mukavuuksia ovat grilli, pöydät ja tuolit kansilla, kaksi väritelevisiota HD-kaapelilla, 40 'LCD HD -taulutelevisio olohuoneessa, Blu-ray DVD-soittimet, Bose iPod -telakointiasema, lautapelit, ilmainen nopea langaton internetyhteys, ja poreallas paikan päällä. Nice little condo, redone granite in kitchen and master bath, not comfy master bed

Really happy with the unit, overall. It's an older building, but still nice enough. Mostly quiet neighborhood with view of the ski mountain from the main deck, and a short 5 minute drive to downtown. Furniture was a little dated/eclectic (think "80's southwest"), but it didn't bother us. Nicely done kitchen and master bathroom with granite (REALLY nice shower). Garage was a bit small, but convenient (our RAV4 fit in there fine, but a bigger SUV would be tight). Biggest complaint would be the bed in the master bedroom--it was pretty uncomfortable, to the point where I was waking up several times a night (hence 4 starts instead of 5; interesting that the 2nd bedroom's bed was quite comfortable). But overall, good place, and I would likely stay there again, especially if a better mattress was put on that master bed.

Exceeded expectations! Definitely recommended

Having stayed the previous part of our trip in a condo that was "underwhelming" what a pleasant surprise it was to check into Gregg and Lindy's place. The entire condo had a new feel to it, and it was tastefully decorated. The brand new kitchen has nice countertops, maple cabinetry and stainless appliances. The kitchen was well stocked in terms of pots/pans/dishes and utensils and there were even some condiments in the fridge. The living room was very comfortable, we watched the Olympics in HD on the big screen TV. There is a ceiling fan to keep you cool on summer days. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable, and all the linens and towels had the look and feeling you would get at a higher end property. The masterpiece has to be the master bath, which has unique flooring and a fantastic shower. I really felt like I was staying at a hotel in the master suite. There was ample storage and dresser space in both rooms, good lighting, and night tables on both sides of the bed, with lamps. Everything was clean and orderly and had a newer appearance to it. There is a sliding glass door in both the living room, and the master bedroom, to let in Fresh air. Both lead out to a nice outdoor deck. There is a brand new stainless BBQ that we used to make dinner. There is a view of the mountain from the deck. One caveat- I tried sleeping with the glass door open, but there is some noise from the road (both in evening and morning). You don't hear the noise with the door closed. It was also helpful to have the local literature handy, in terms of things to do, take out food etc. A big plus was that the unit was very quiet. It is on the second floor, so you will not hear anyone above you, and honestly most of the time it was very quiet. I slept extremely well, with no disruptions from noisy neighbors or thin walls. Another plus was the garage, not only to keep our car, but also Gregg left a couple bikes there, and I was happy to ride the bike along the Yampa River trail. In terms of location, the unit is right on the bus route, and then a short drive to the Safeway and other stores. It is under 3 miles to the town. I was able to walk from the unit to some of the local walking trails, and also you can bike to the Yampa River trail without ever going on a busy road. The other people at the condo complex we met were certainly friendly, and we loved Steamboat Springs as a place to visit! Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Condo Close to Skiing

We had a great stay! The condo exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious for our family of four and was just a few shuttle stops away from the mountain. Gregg was always very responsive and we appreciated all the information to help make our stay easy and convenient.

Fantastic condo! Would definitely stay again.

We’ve rented VRBO’s for over a decade and this is the nicest condo we’ve ever stayed in. Everything in it is high-end and like new. The unit is beautiful and well laid-out. So nice to have a bathroom for our sons and one for us – ours had two sinks which was really handy. We loved having a garage to store our trailer and motorcycles in too. We appreciated the extras in the condo – trash bags, DW soap, toilet paper, spices, legos, bikes, bike helmets, coolers, etc. (some VRBO’s have nothing). Loved the in-unit washer/dryer which allowed us to pack light (just 3-4 outfits we washed and wore again). Dishwasher was great and saved us time. They have a nice area to store gear right as you get in from the garage, which was perfect for motorcycle helmet and would be great for ski gear too. The location was nice, on the end of the Yampa River trail and just a 5 minute drive to the busy downtown, but surrounded by trees. It has a beautiful view of the mountains and we ate outside on the balcony whenever possible. The hot tub was wonderful. We used it nearly every night and always had it to ourselves. We did hikes, biked the Yampa River trail (with their bike & helmet), rented kayaks on Pearl Lake and rode the OHV trails on our Enduro motorcycles. Husband said he had 2 of the best days of his life riding the OHV trails with our 17 and 20 year old sons on this vacation. We don’t like to eat out, so we were pleased to find Steamboat had nice City Market grocery store which is a Kroger brand store (like home) with lots of ready to eat items in the deli. Liquor store is right next door for wine and beer. We used the condo’s grill twice – the first time the gas ran out, but they had another tank ready to go right there on the balcony. Owner was wonderful to work with and communicated well and responded to any questions very quickly. I can’t say enough about this condo and owner. They were both fantastic. My kids and husband thanked me several times for choosing such a nice place. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful stay!

Nice, quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable stay for our family of 4. Nice amenities throughout. The kitchen had all we needed for meals at the condo. We did find a box fan in the closet which helped pull the cool air in during the evenings. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Gregg & Lindy!

Wonderful Stay!

This was a clean, well maintained, lovely place to stay. Our family of four enjoyed it and would stay here again on another visit to Steamboat. I would recommend adding a box fan or two during the summer, as that would help pull in the cool night air during the summer months. Highly recommend this comfortable home!

Quiet location

Great location. Close enough to walk to the hill, you might have to convince your kids that the walk is worth it. Far enough from the base area that is was quiet and peaceful. Only downside is they don’t allow pets….

Great Stay

Lovely home in a great location. Less than 5 minutes by car to the base of the mountain (and the bus is around the corner). The kitchen is well stocked and nice fireplace. Very comfortable home. I would recommend staying here. The only issue we had was at check-in. House info is only online and I had trouble with my app working at check-in. I would recommend that the owner put the directions in a manual as well in the unit.

Summer girls trip to Steamboat

This property was perfect for our yearly girls trip. For the 4 of us there was plenty of room. The kitchen set up made cooking meals easy. View from the balcony were beautiful. It was also wonderful to have a garage with direct access to enter the apartment from garage. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property

This was an amazing stay-the property was beautiful and the location was great! We did want to use the hot tub but never were able to locate it— there need to be explicit directions to find it, but it seemed as if based on the directions it has been dismantled and no longer exists. The PDF the owner provides appears to have been written several years ago and may need updating-but all in all we had a great trip even tho it was very warm. My only other suggestion is that the owner should consider installing ceiling fans in the bed rooms or provide good oscillating fans as with climate change this will probably continue to be a significant issue for summer time rental.

Lovely Quiet Location

Lovey homey and comfortable. My friends and I stayed in Steamboat to get away and celebrate a birthday. Great living room for movie watching and kitchen table for playing cards! Bus stop is right there to ride to and from town.

Steamboat Springs Weekend.

Modern kitchen with plenty of pots and pans, etc. nice furniture and beds. Everything was clean and tidy. I was most impressed with the new hardwood floors and also the master bathroom. I wished I'd noticed earlier that there were 3 bicycles available for use in the garage, and the Steamboat Core Trail along the Yampa River is close by.

Nice property, comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay, especially with two balconies and a gas grill. Great location with access to the river trail. We were able to use one of the provided bikes, which was great. Only recommendation would be to have a couple oscillating fans for those warmer summer days.
