TÀmÀ kauniisti pÀivitetty kahden makuuhuoneen / kahden kylpyhuoneisto The Villasissa Walton CreekissÀ on hoidettu huolella, koska ostimme sen uuden vuonna 1998. Majoittamalla mukavasti 4 - 6, olemme hiljattain pÀÀttÀneet joitain laajoja pÀivityksiÀ, muun muassa korvaamalla vÀsyneen vanhan maton uusilla parkettilattialla ja uusilla liuskekivilaatoilla pÀÀalueilla, lisÀÀmÀllÀ uuden maton makuuhuoneisiin, uusia kvartsilaskurit, ruostumattomat laitteet ja kanisterin valaistuksen keittiössÀ , ja molemmat kylpyhuoneet uusitaan. Olemme varmistaneet, ettÀ huoneistossa on kaikki mitÀ tarvitset talvi- tai kesÀlomaan! Kompleksi sisÀltÀÀ ulkouima-ammeen rentoutumiseen kovan pÀivÀn jÀlkeen rinteillÀ tai polulla.

KÀtevÀsti lÀhellÀ gondolapohjaa sijaitseva The Villas on vain lyhyen kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ luonnonkauniista puronpuolen pÀÀllystetystÀ polusta, joka vie sinut gondolille, laskettelurinteille tai kesÀretkelle vain 10 minuutin kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ. Matka ilmaisella bussilla (saatavana 15-20 minuutin vÀlein) antaa nopean pÀÀsyn rinteille, lÀhellÀ oleviin ravintoloihin ja ruokakauppoihin. Kaupat ja muut aktiviteetit Steamboat Springsin keskustassa ovat vain kahden mailin pÀÀssÀ samalla bussireitillÀ. SÀÀnnöllisesti ajoitetut HDN- ja DIA-lentokenttÀkuljetukset ottavat ja laskevat vieraita suoraan ovellemme, joten sinun ei tarvitse edes vuokra-autoa. Yksikkö on tilava 1087 neliöjalkaa 2. kerroksessa, yksityinen lÀmmitetty autotalli / sisÀÀnkÀynti alla.

Beautiful Condo Close to Skiing

We had a great stay! The condo exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious for our family of four and was just a few shuttle stops away from the mountain. Gregg was always very responsive and we appreciated all the information to help make our stay easy and convenient.

Fantastic condo! Would definitely stay again.

We’ve rented VRBO’s for over a decade and this is the nicest condo we’ve ever stayed in. Everything in it is high-end and like new. The unit is beautiful and well laid-out. So nice to have a bathroom for our sons and one for us – ours had two sinks which was really handy. We loved having a garage to store our trailer and motorcycles in too. We appreciated the extras in the condo – trash bags, DW soap, toilet paper, spices, legos, bikes, bike helmets, coolers, etc. (some VRBO’s have nothing). Loved the in-unit washer/dryer which allowed us to pack light (just 3-4 outfits we washed and wore again). Dishwasher was great and saved us time. They have a nice area to store gear right as you get in from the garage, which was perfect for motorcycle helmet and would be great for ski gear too. The location was nice, on the end of the Yampa River trail and just a 5 minute drive to the busy downtown, but surrounded by trees. It has a beautiful view of the mountains and we ate outside on the balcony whenever possible. The hot tub was wonderful. We used it nearly every night and always had it to ourselves. We did hikes, biked the Yampa River trail (with their bike & helmet), rented kayaks on Pearl Lake and rode the OHV trails on our Enduro motorcycles. Husband said he had 2 of the best days of his life riding the OHV trails with our 17 and 20 year old sons on this vacation. We don’t like to eat out, so we were pleased to find Steamboat had nice City Market grocery store which is a Kroger brand store (like home) with lots of ready to eat items in the deli. Liquor store is right next door for wine and beer. We used the condo’s grill twice – the first time the gas ran out, but they had another tank ready to go right there on the balcony. Owner was wonderful to work with and communicated well and responded to any questions very quickly. I can’t say enough about this condo and owner. They were both fantastic. My kids and husband thanked me several times for choosing such a nice place. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful stay!

Nice, quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable stay for our family of 4. Nice amenities throughout. The kitchen had all we needed for meals at the condo. We did find a box fan in the closet which helped pull the cool air in during the evenings. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Gregg & Lindy!

Wonderful Stay!

This was a clean, well maintained, lovely place to stay. Our family of four enjoyed it and would stay here again on another visit to Steamboat. I would recommend adding a box fan or two during the summer, as that would help pull in the cool night air during the summer months. Highly recommend this comfortable home!

Quiet location

Great location. Close enough to walk to the hill, you might have to convince your kids that the walk is worth it. Far enough from the base area that is was quiet and peaceful. Only downside is they don’t allow pets

Great Stay

Lovely home in a great location. Less than 5 minutes by car to the base of the mountain (and the bus is around the corner). The kitchen is well stocked and nice fireplace. Very comfortable home. I would recommend staying here. The only issue we had was at check-in. House info is only online and I had trouble with my app working at check-in. I would recommend that the owner put the directions in a manual as well in the unit.

Summer girls trip to Steamboat

This property was perfect for our yearly girls trip. For the 4 of us there was plenty of room. The kitchen set up made cooking meals easy. View from the balcony were beautiful. It was also wonderful to have a garage with direct access to enter the apartment from garage. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property

This was an amazing stay-the property was beautiful and the location was great! We did want to use the hot tub but never were able to locate it— there need to be explicit directions to find it, but it seemed as if based on the directions it has been dismantled and no longer exists. The PDF the owner provides appears to have been written several years ago and may need updating-but all in all we had a great trip even tho it was very warm. My only other suggestion is that the owner should consider installing ceiling fans in the bed rooms or provide good oscillating fans as with climate change this will probably continue to be a significant issue for summer time rental.

Lovely Quiet Location

Lovey homey and comfortable. My friends and I stayed in Steamboat to get away and celebrate a birthday. Great living room for movie watching and kitchen table for playing cards! Bus stop is right there to ride to and from town.

Steamboat Springs Weekend.

Modern kitchen with plenty of pots and pans, etc. nice furniture and beds. Everything was clean and tidy. I was most impressed with the new hardwood floors and also the master bathroom. I wished I'd noticed earlier that there were 3 bicycles available for use in the garage, and the Steamboat Core Trail along the Yampa River is close by.

Nice property, comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay, especially with two balconies and a gas grill. Great location with access to the river trail. We were able to use one of the provided bikes, which was great. Only recommendation would be to have a couple oscillating fans for those warmer summer days.

Very nice place and convenient to free shuttle

Would definitely stay here again. Kitchen is well-equipped and entire unit is nicely furnished. I have two constructive comments. One, it would be nice if there was olive oil and at least some coffee in kitchen. Second, the bed in master may need to be replaced. Neither my wife nor I are big and the bed is concave, so kept rolling us to the middle and it’s uphill to get out. Made for some good laughs.

Perfect spot

A great location; clean, quiet & comfortable. Love the two decks; plenty of choices for morning coffee! A great (and easily accessible) location, and a great spot to return to after a busy day in the mountains. We have been coming to Steamboat for many years, and this condo is an instant favorite. Communication with Gregg was always both quick and easy. We will not hesitate to come back; really could not have been better.
