Alderwood Nest - Work & Relax Studio

WELL-EQUIPPED & CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!
This private studio apartment has a tranquil ocean theme with lots of great amenities and is the perfect hub for work or play.

The fully equipped kitchen offers an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and the all-important Keurig.

The large backyard has a gas bbq for your use as well as tables, chairs, and rope swings for the kids.

Only 1 mile from grocery stores, regional mall & bus stop, and only 15 miles from downtown Seattle or Puget Sound.

THE SPACE - The studio apartment has high-speed internet for your use as well as, a Chromecast TV system for your enjoyment. There is a lovely coffee table and a couch that can double as a bed. In addition, there is a movable desk that can be utilized for work.

The home is kept in an environmentally friendly state as much as possible, including sustainable cleaning products and bath soaps, LED lighting, and more.

The studio has access to laundry facilities with a washer/dryer.

SHARED SPACES - Shared spaces include the laundry (accessed by the upstairs unit through a small shared hall or back entrance) and, the back yard.

COMMUNITY - The surrounding neighborhood and community is very quiet and has a nice children's park just a few minutes away within walking distance. Close to retail, restaurants, grocery, civic, and freeway entrances.

GUEST ACCESS - There are two private Airbnb units on site. They are your unit, "the Alderwood Nest", and the separate upstairs unit called, "The City Escape". Both the upper and lower units have separate entrances and only share the "shared spaces" mentioned above. Both units have access to two free and dedicated parking spaces. (More on-site parking may be available on request)

Additionally at the property, when in town, the owners will park their RV nicknamed "Breezy" to the side of the property, in a dedicated RV space.

Our family loves to travel and meet new people and explore new cultures, study nature and just be with each other.

We are excited to share our home with you and to support travel and life experiences for people in a safe, sustainable, and cost-effective way.

Whether you are looking for a relaxing place to hang out while you are on vacation or need a nice quiet space to work or be close to lots of amenities and shopping, this home is right for you. The City of Seattle, the Puget Sound, Mountains, or just the millions of trees and other amazing towns, including Lynnwood, this area is poised for some of the best vacation, tourism, or work opportunities that you have ever experienced. Spending weeks here would not be enough to see or do everything.

For work, the Greater Seattle area boasts some of the largest industries, including Microsoft, Boeing, Amazon, Costco, and Starbucks, as well as a major medical industry and an amazing music and movie industry. Networking and many opportunities to meet and work with phenomenal people are all right here.

As for the home, the property is safe, quiet, and friendly and puts you at peace to be tucked away in a residential neighborhood, but close to everything. The home itself is easy to be in, has great decor, and has many amenities.

This home is close to everything but is in a very quiet neighborhood, where all of the long-time neighbors/friends are friendly and trustworthy. The space has a beautiful ocean decor, supplies toys, books and games, and is pet and smoke-free.

The products in our home are as sustainable and organic as possible. All soaps, toiletries, and cleaning supplies are made from the most natural/organic products we can find. And, if we cannot repurpose any of the furniture or other items in the home, we find the most sustainably made products possible, including organic cotton sheets and all-natural, 100% organic towels.
