Just a short stroll from the beach, this Gulf-view home is located in the peaceful gated community of Beachside Village. Enjoy fresh coastal breezes on three scenic balconies after fun-filled days on the shore!

Inside, you’ll find a spacious layout with large windows for amazing natural light. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with stainless steel appliances and generous counter space. Kick back for movie nights in the open living area or relax and restore in one of four plush bedrooms. Central AC and a private washer/dryer add convenience to your stay.

The fireplace is not for guest use.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a friendly reminder rather than risking a noise complaint from a neighbor. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices - not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Vacay Stay
Location was great, house was nice but problems with most of the doors going outside, hard to shut or lock and some doors were unable to be locked. Could have been ALOT cleaner. Some areas were dirty, ENTIRE house was covered in long dark human hair (someone has to be bald by now) every single room and bathroom had TONS of long hair.... very gross. Beds were stained and/or dirty so tried to wash the bedding to find an EMPTY bottle of detergent. Kitchen needed dish towels, trash bags and cleaning supplies.

3-night stay (June 2023)
We stayed at the house for 3 night. Here are the few pros/cons Pros: 1. House was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable 2. Location was good and only few mins walk to the beach 3. Neighborhood was safe and very well maintained. Cons: 1. House was short on supplies. There were only two trash bags and limited tissues. 2. Bathrooms were provided with very little soap/shampoo. Also, not many towels were available for the size of the house. 3. Shower head wasn't working in one of the bathroom. 4. Some of the exterior locks wouldn't lock so we had to leave the house unlocked. 5. Property management was handled by a big company (Vasaca) so it was painful to get in touch with someone who is informed about the property.

Exclusive Beach Experience
This is an excellent property in the exclusive Beachside Village development. It is steps to the beach and convenient to all the local attractions. The house is well-equipped and furnished for a compfortable stay. Nothing was lacking for what I needed it for.

Some disappointments
Our family stayed at this property for family vacation. The location is ideal and the neighborhood is very nice, but overall our experience was mediocre. The garage door broke the first time we tried to open it when we arrived, so we lost a parking spot for the duration of our trip. We were eventually able to get a hold of someone, but the issue was not fixed during our stay. The kitchen did not have any pantry items, so be sure to bring anything you might need. House was relatively clean, but we did have to deal with ants and some shower issues. Overall, disappointed with the quality considering what we paid, and how nice the neighborhood is.
