IMPORTANT: Please be aware that the maximum number of guests listed on the property represents the maximum allowed capacity, not the minimum. To find out the specific number of guests included in the base rate, please reach out to us directly. Any extra guests exceeding the base number will be subject to an additional fee of $15 per guest per night. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

For extra guests, we offer two premium twin rollaway cots with sheets for a comfortable night's sleep. They are conveniently located in the lower level closet near the entertainment area, at the base of the stairs.

HOT TUB:
Upon check-in, hot tub operation instructions are provided in the property guidebook. Please note maintenance service takes place every other week. If emergency service is required, please contact us through your booking app.

BRINGING YOUR FURRY FRIEND?
Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We're happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

In the fully-equipped kitchen, you'll find coffee, tea, and other cooking essentials available for your use. There is a dining table with chairs and a highchair located next to the kitchen, and additional chairs and table leaves are available to provide more space for your group.

★ BEDROOMS ★
The house has four bedrooms, with two on the upper level and two on the lower level. Each bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, nightstands, and space for luggage. The lower level bedroom also includes an office desk with a printer and paper.

For additional guests, we have two premium twin rollaway cots fitted with sheets available for use. These high-quality folding beds are easy to use and provide a comfortable night's sleep. You can conveniently find these beds in the lower level closet, located near the entertainment space at the base of the stairs.

The house features two well-appointed bathrooms, one on the upper level and one on the lower level.

The upper level bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower, toilet, and sink, and includes basic toiletries for your convenience.

The lower level bathroom has been recently updated with a stand-up shower, extended single vanity, and also includes basic toiletries. You'll appreciate the convenience and comfort of these fully-equipped bathrooms during your stay.

The spacious covered deck at this home is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. It features a 5-person hot tub for soaking and enjoying the great outdoors, as well as a 4-seat conversation set for chatting with friends and family.

The paved patio area next to the covered deck includes a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking and dining, and a large sectional for lounging. Imagine sipping on a cold drink while soaking in the hot tub, or grilling up some burgers for a family barbecue.

The driveway is equipped with a basketball hoop for some added fun. The fenced yard is designed for fun and adventure, featuring an outdoor playset with a swing and slide that will delight children of all ages and provide hours of entertainment.
