Invite your family and friends to stay and unwind in our brand-new 4BR/3BA home located off of the famous and historic, Thames Street! Aside from its prime location, this home comes with 4 bedrooms, three full bathrooms, free off street parking and a spacious open living room with full kitchen.

Our team will also be providing you with linens, towels, toiletries, and basic kitchen essentials. Come explore everything Newport has to offer by foot!

Here is how the home is laid out.

First Floor:
- Living Room with 50 inch Smart TV
- Full Kitchen
- Bedroom #1 [Queen size bed]
- Full Bathroom #1

Second Floor:

Also comes with two off street parking spaces.

The entire 4BR home will be your private place during your stay. Please know this is a two family home. The other home has an entrance on the back, so you will have your own private entrance. The only shared wall is the kitchen.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. We are close with our neighbors and loud music, parties will not be tolerated. If you are looking to have a party, please look elsewhere.

No Internet Stay
There was no TV, phone service, directions for GPS. No soap in bathroom showers. Very little TP with no extra rolls. No garbage bags. No Kleenex. No instructions for remote. No recommendations for sightseeing or restaurants. No map.No response from host until last day of stay.

Generally ok but not great
This house is a mixed bag and depends on what you need and are looking for. We stayed as a multi-generation family and while adequate, we would not stay here again The good news first The house is in an incredible location in Newport, walking distance to shops, restaurants, sites, the waterfront. You name it! For a group looking to do lots of activities, eat out at restaurants and explore Newport, this is a perfect house A/C worked great in all bedrooms Plenty of towels, though we did find more in the dryer to use The bad news We had wifi issues. We restarted the router numerous times and when it did connect, it worked well, but sporadic at best. Had to use my phone hotspot to work from my laptop The house is very small, maybe 1200 square feet with 4 bedrooms. It wasn’t an issue for us but if you’re looking for plenty of space, or even outdoor space, this house does not have it There is no kitchen table or chairs so all eating must be done while standing in the kitchen or seated on the couch. They have a couple of small folding tables that we used while eating on the couch. This was disappointing because we were not able to cook and eat at the house at all There are no bathroom towel hooks or rods or any bathroom storage. Not a big deal but annoying to hang wet towels from doorknobs and over doors. The steps are steep (4 or 5 to enter the front door and to go up to the 2nd floor) for anyone with physical limitations. There is a bedroom on the first floor

Good not great
Let me start by saying the location of this spot is truly amazing. We were able to walk everywhere in town and felt safe in this neighborhood. The home itself has a handful of shortcomings. - We had 7 people in the home and I would not recommend this for a group of that size. -There is no air conditioning and the home got very very warm- it was 74° but we all agreed it felt like 90° inside. - There were very few towels and cheap washcloths so would recommend bringing your own. No hand towels! - The beds were very very stiff and not comfortable. - We were there for a wedding and the events that come with it, so were disappointed there were only 2 small bathroom mirrors. no full length. - The listing states that there is a washer / dryer. Turns out this is located in a basement that was filled with broken glass and dirt so we were unable to use it - When we checked in, the wifi wasn’t working. I reached out to the host to fix it since a few of us would be working there in the morning. The host wasn’t able to help. It took hours to get a response so we all ended up at busy cafes instead. Overall, if you’re looking for a prime location and just a place to lay your head- this will do. If you’re looking for comfort and suitable amenities I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Spotless and convenient
Tom was extremely responsive to any questions prior to check in. Home was received in spotless condition. Everything you need to cook in and clean up afterwards is there for you but why bother with so many restaurants in walking distance? A little table and chairs would be a nice addition but we did fine without. Highly recommend! Thanks Tom!
