Turquoise Beach Retreat~King Bed~ Walk to the beach

Steps away from the "World's Most Famous Beach", you and your family are sure to find many things to do and see while you vacation in our serenely decorated condo.
The space
Privately Owned 322 sq. ft. 2nd floor condo, which can comfortably accommodates up to 2 adults.

This Beach condo is clean & under renovation to a king size bed in tranquil beach themed colors and décor.

A brand new king size bed awaits you and is perfectly aligned nice with the 44" wall mounted TV.

The newly updated bathroom has a tub/shower with a detachable shower head & includes all the basic toiletries to get you started.

The small kitchenette has dishes, utensils as well as a small mini fridge.

We also provide all the linens & towels.

Located in the heart of Daytona, the Daytona Inn is a 50 year old building that was once a motel. 20+ years ago, the motel went out of business and people were permitted to buy the motel rooms and renovate them into condo style rooms. All the rooms have that quaint motel style to them but each has its own touch of the owner!

Over the last 2 years, the north and south sides of the building have had extensive renovations done and new handrails/stairways are complete. A new roof was added last year and later this year, the ocean facing building will get the same upgrades! We do ask that guests understand that the building is old. You may find cracks, rust spots and various other signs of an old building! We are continuously upgrading rooms, décor and working to make our building and rooms as updated as we can!

It is always our pleasure to accept your group and your service dog.
Please answer the following questions legally allowed by the ADA regarding your service dog.
1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability?
2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?

We do not charge extra for a service dog, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guests remain liable for any and all damage caused by people or dogs, including uncontrolled service dogs.

Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the handler must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls. The animal must be under control of the handler at all times therefore never left alone at any time, for any reason.

If we discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities and to evict the guest(s) without further notice. In the case of eviction, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent.

Guest access
Our guests have full use of the common area courtyards and coin laundry.
However, we do NOT provide or utilize the Front Desk or Housekeeping services at our Resort. If you need anything during your stay, we, the Owners, will be happy to help you, do NOT go to Front Desk for help or supplies.
- 1 Vehicle Parking Pass per reservation - all others will have to use paid public parking. For guests that have a second vehicle, there are several paid parking lots that range from $5 to $20 near the Daytona Inn. Please let us know if you need help finding one of these paid parking lots!
- NO TRAILER parking allowed on property- Ask us for local trailer parking information available in the area.*
** As of Feb 1, 2021 - The pool and pool deck are closed to guests as the construction crew is tearing down the back balconies and the area is not safe for guests. As soon as this changes, we will update guests! You can still access the beach by walking around the south building to the beach! **
Other things to note
Our unit’s interior is clean & not affected by exterior construction work but some noise, construction equipment & activity is expected during all of 2019/2022, Monday - Friday from 7AM - 4PM
