The Space:
In June of 2022 we completely renovated our home and are thrilled to share such a beautiful space with you! Enjoy staying in a home that's been thoughtfully decorated and curated with you in mind! The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all of the items you may need to make a home-cooked meal while on your travels.

LIVING ROOM:
Enjoy the 55” 4k Roku Smart TV with built-in Wi-Fi so you can pick up streaming your favorite shows where you left off at home! There is also a queen-sized pull out sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress for extra friends or the kiddos :)

KITCHEN:
We are well stocked with a wide variety of pots, pans, spices, and cooking utensils that will let you cook your favorite meal just like at home! Enjoy fresh coffee every morning from our Keurig stocked with coffee pods and creamer in the fridge!

BEDROOM 1 - MASTER:
Enjoy the luxurious King bed, fluffy pillows, crisp linens, a 43" Smart TV, and your own on-suite bathroom with a wonderfully tiled shower!

BEDROOM 2:
The Queen bed is ultra comfortable and complete with fluffy pillows, luxurious linens, and a closet for your use to include a luggage rack and hangers for your belongings!

BATHROOM:
The bathroom features a large walk in shower, with all your bathing essentials such as high-quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand-soap, a few feminine products, and makeup removal wipes. We also have a hairdryer, a first aid kit, and toilet paper.

OUTDOOR PATIO:
The outdoor space features a fire pit with seating area, a new gas-powered grill, and a glass dining table for enjoying dinner outside. Fire up the grill and have a cookout with everyone on the propane grill in the fenced-in yard. Enjoy nightly s'mores as you take in the beautiful Colorado evenings.

GARAGE HANGOUT AREA:
The garage has been turned into an amazing hangout area! It features a pool table, a couch, a table and chairs, a fridge, and a TV! It's the perfect place to recover from a day of exploring and make amazing memories with family and friends!

We also provide a Pack n Play and highchair if you have a little one with you!

We are legally registered with the City! STR- . Rest assured that your host won't be shut down & your booking canceled right before your trip!

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home to yourself. You will have a unique door code to the smart lock that will only be active for the duration of your stay for maximum security and convenience for our guests.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located right in Old Colorado City which means you will be close to everything in Colorado Springs to include local shopping, amazing restaurants, and some awesome breweries all around!

Getting Around:
Located less than 10 minutes walking distance away and you'll find some of our favorite restaurants! If you're a BBQ fan, you will have to try out Front Range BBQ! Mother Muffs is just one more block away and has some awesome brunch and cocktails at any time of day! Just a few more blocks away and you'll reach one of the best Italian restaurants in town - Paravicini's! Definitely some awesome places for you to check out while in town!

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.

For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.

We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

*Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation.
Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.

*Unauthorized late checkout fee $20 Per Half Hour Late

*Additional fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
