Sinilupiini on neljän tarina huoneisto kuilu, joka avautuu 50 jalka vasta kalustettu atrium kämmenet, huonekasvit ja kattoikkuna. Meidän huoneisto 421 sijaitsee neljännessä kerroksessa länsipuolella, jossa on kaunis näkymä lahdelle ja auringonlaskuja. Laitteessa on 3 makuuhuonetta, jotka koostuvat kuningas makuuhuone, kuningatar makuuhuone, 2 erillistä vuodetta kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa ja queen vuodesohva. Se on 1680 neliöjalkaa kanssa 400 neliön jalka parveke. Master makuuhuoneessa sijaitsee toiseen päähän yksikön ja on king-vuode, suihkukaappi, poreallas ja oma parveke. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone, queen-vuode ja ovi parvekkeelle. Kolmas makuuhuoneessa on 2 erillistä vuodetta, täysin kylpyamme hallissa. Kaikissa huoneissa on TV niihin. On kalustettu keittiö, liinavaatteet ovat myös kalustettu, astianpesukone ja pesukone-kuivausrumpu.

Hiljattain varustettu kuntosali on saatavilla vieras on 3 juoksumatto, 2 polkupyörää, 2 rajat kouluttajien, paino koneet ja vapaita painoja. Allas ja poreallas ovat aidatulla ja näkymät kuilu. Pysäköinti on alle rakennus ja siellä on hissit molemmissa päissä.

Olemme sijaitsee 5 kilometrin Seaside, vesiväri ja Grayton Beach (jälleen listan top rannoista USA). Olemme noin 25 mailia länteen Panama City ja 15 mailia itään Deston. Silver Sands Outlet vasara ja Destin Commons ostoskeskus noin 15 minuutin ajomatkan.

Great house and host

The house was fully equipped with everything one might need for a vacation (all kitchen utensils, extra sheets, beach toys and equipment). The host was also extremely attentive, got back to me immediately and was very flexible!

Beautiful!

We were actually scheduled to stay on Crystal Beach and our condo cancelled on us 2 days before we were to leave. Fortunately we found this condo. Pictures on VRBO need to be updated b/c it is way nicer than it appears in the pictures! The only thing is it’s not a full front view of the beach like our other one was, but we could still see the ocean. Condo was very clean. It’s right off of 30A just 5 miles west of Seaside! Great restaurants near. We had a wonderful time. The beach was amazing!!

Good overall- but info needs updating

My family just left after a week stay at this condo. Overall our experience was good. The location to the beach is fantastic for families. But the pictures of the inside of the condo need to be updated. We were pretty disappointed to see that the “living room view” of the beach is nonexistent anymore due to several houses that must of popped up since the picture was taken. Also, the condo could really use some more blankets available for the guests. During our stay we had to go buy some because the beds just had 1 sheet and 1 comforter each. All the outdoor furniture was top notch, but most of the inside is a bit run down. Would definitely go back, but wish the listing description was a little more accurate.

Great condo in a great location

We really enjoyed our week staying here. The beach was not crowded and we had beach chairs/umbrellas available each day. Our experience with the beach chair service was first come first serve. They opened at 8:30 but people started lining up a little before 8:00 in hopes of first row seating. *They do not reserve chairs* (for free). The water view is between this building and the house next door. The kitchen was well stocked with what items we needed during our stay. Scottie the owner was quick to respond to my questions about the unit prior to our stay through VRBO but also followed up with a phone call to make sure he answered my questions. We had no problem with the unit but felt confident if we did Scottie would be quick to help.

Blue Mountain Beach Condos

My family loved everything about this condo. The community was quiet and peaceful. We were right on the beach and the steps were not too tough for my mother in law to navigate. The balcony allowed a view of the ocean. We appreciated having the beach chairs included. We took advantage of the grill twice. Scottie was helpful and responsive.

Highly recommend this condo

Scottie was incredible to work with. Condo had every kitchen item you can image very well stocked. The condo is roomy and comfy. My only hope would be, that those condo owners, who’ve paid a premium for the renters to have beach chairs & umbrellas at the beach, would be granted a place on the beach and not the back row. Having to pay the beach. Having to pay the beach guys extra $ to get your chairs saved on the beach was something we didn’t want to participate in. We did tip the guys thanking them for all they do.

Couldn’t have been happier

What an amazing stay! The condo was just perfect for our family. Spacious, clean, fabulous location, quiet, family-friendly and with a great view. There have been many updates since the pics! Don’t *count* on having the beach chairs unless you’re early risers - but we never missed out.

Gorgeous Accommodations!

Excellent experience with the rental process! Gorgeous Accommodations!!! The pool, hot tub, book store, umbrella service, parking, and private security also come with booking this incredible property. The pictures on the site do NOT show how gorgeous it really is!

Great Family Friendly Condo

Fabulous location, great sunsets! Perfect for our family of 4 which included a 4 & 6 year old. Condo is clean and very large. We loved the beach, pool and hot tub. We can't wait to return.

Perfect spot on 30A

Spacious condo with huge balcony. We could not have been happier. Had a wonderful time. Pool area and beach perfect for my kids - ages 4 and 6. Perfect spot in the Emerald Coast, outside of the busier towns. Whole Foods in Destin delivers.

Very nice three bedroom condo

Overall stay was great. There were a couple minor maintenance issues; dryer in unit was repaired during our stay, the handle came off the sliding door in bedroom 2, master bedroom door needs to be adjusted to be able to lock the door, and ceiling fan in master bedroom does not work very well. Overall a nice condo with good views that lived up to the listing.

Escape the crowds

This lovely unit is located in a quieter part of 30A, nestled among some luxury homes and units of similar occupancy, therefore less people and lots of beach front available to claim. The unit is on the side of the building closer to the beach so you are able to sit and look at a small part of the beach from the balcony. The units furnishings, beds, kitchen essentials were all in great condition and met all of our needs. Easy parking, access to the unit and beach. Lovely place to stay.

Another Great Visit

We spent the week of June 5th at Blue Lupine in Unit 421. We Loved It!!! Great, clean unit. plenty of space. the owner is very easy to work with. It's one of our favorite places to visit. Highway 30A has so many wonderful places to eat and shop. We will return next summer.

From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in for a treat. Great home in a great location.

You cannot beat beach front property. This beatiful condo sits at the top floor of the condominium, with a great view of the surrounding area. If you want a great vacation choose this condo!

Very impressed

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was very clean and spacious. The photos do not do it justice! Beautiful ocean view from both balconies. The area is very quiet and not as crowded as the beaches in Destin or Panama City. I will definitely recommend this condo to others!

Excellent condo and location

The owner was very easy to work with and honestly represented property. The condo is very nicely furnished with a well equipped kitchen. It is in a very quiet location with great views of the water and landscaping, very sound proofed from room to room, and from the balconies. Great pool/hot tub and beautiful wide beach, not crowded. Great bike/walking paths, walking distance to bicycle rentals, health food store, and restaurants and short driving distance to shops and restaurants in Sea Side, Destin, or the new seafood restaurant on Hwy. 331, The Bay. We will definitely rent this condo again and recommending it to many of our friends.

Wonderful condo and location

We had a wonderful stay here. The beach is beautiful. We had a great view from the balcony. The condo was as described in the ad. It was well stocked, clean and very spacious. Location is great also...close to Destin, Grayton Beach, Seaside. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. We rented bikes from Bid Daddy's Rentals, visit the nearby ice cream store too many times and hiked on one of the numerous trails nearby. But the beach is spectacular. The dunes make this beach very different from the others nearby.
