- $1,500 Accidental damage protection included.
- 25-year age minimum. We are unable to rent to college or minor guests.
- No parties or events. No smoking. No pets allowed.
- Accessibility: 1-2 steps up to the first floor lead into the home; stairs connect the first and second floors.3 bedrooms on the first floor.
- Safety & Cleaning: The home does have inside noise/crowd-gathering sensors and cameras (Cameras are over the front parking/entry and over the back deck for security). Security cameras monitor the pool and entry areas, and the home follows PMI Purify advanced cleaning protocols.
- Guest Screening: ID verification upload, signed Host rental agreement, online check-in, and background screening required.
- Security: Outdoor security cameras and noise/crowd-gathering sensors (non-recording).
- Local Vacation Regulations: The city of Destin has an ordinance for noise, occupancy, parking, and conduct. We will communicate these to you and require compliance.
- From Oct to April the separate apartment above the garage may be occupied by family/friends (they will have no access to the main home or pool) and will use only 1 of the 4 parking spaces. Contact the host for questions.

o 13% State, County, and Local sales and lodging taxes. If the booking agent (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.) does not collect the full amount of taxes, any uncollected amounts will be collected directly by the host from the guest no later than 30 days prior to check-in.
o NO Smoking (Inside or Outside of home) policy is strictly enforced, NO exceptions. The owner has allergies.
o NO events or parties. The home has noise /crowd monitoring and outdoor cameras in place.
o Minimum age 25 years old. 1 adult 25+ years old for every 3 minors. Due to restrictions, insurance, and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to (i) guests under the age of 25, or (ii) student/college groups. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the entirety of the reservation. ID's will be checked upon booking and verified onsite at check-in and throughout the stay. We reserve the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage or in violation of this or other Rental Agreement provisions. No refunds upon eviction.
o Pool. NO Glass. Swim diapers must be used for younger children and babies in the pool.
o Furniture/decor at the home is always changing. The photos may vary from how the house is presently staged.
o Parking. We have parking for 3-4 vehicles, depending on size. Please park 2 vehicles on the left and one on the right. Please pull all vehicles up as close to the garage as possible to make sure the right side remains accessible.

City of Destin enforces strict parking regulations. You cannot park on the grass, on the sidewalk, on the street, or in the right-of-way. Large trucks, vans, or SUVs may not allow for maximum parking. The right side of the driveway must be kept clear for a periodic resident of the garage apartment (separate entrance, no access to main house pool or amenities)

Cancellation. Your booking source payment and cancellation terms prevail. Please verify your non refundable dates as we are unable to refund once those dates are past.
