▸We may use noise monitoring and security camera devices to ensure our guests safety.

▸Only use the smart lock keypad to lock/unlock the door (do not lock bottom lock when exiting)

▸24 hr maintenance and concierge not available

▸Any issues/questions after 10pm may not get answered right away but will be followed up with ASAP

▸ All guests subject to a $250-$500 security deposit which must be paid before check in

▸Extra guests - This space comfortably accommodates 8 guests. For additional guests over 6, there is a fee of $50/guest per night.

▸Trash disposal method: Trash pick up Tuesday and Friday
