Very beautiful and calm appartment, in a recent building, inner courtyard of the property orientation.
Well decorated and improved recently based on prior comments.
1 bedroom with 180x200 comfortable bed (NEW).
One kitchen.
Separate bathroom.
Separate toilets.
Small office room in the entrance (this is not a bedroom).
Very touristic area near 3 metro lines in the heart of Bastille historical area.
Possible parking underground if needed.

The location was perfect for easy access around the city on the Metro. Georges sent us very detailed information regarding anything we may need to know and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again if returning to Paris.

Very clean and well equipped property. The location couldn't have been easier to use as a base to explore the city. There are at least 3 metro stops within 5-7 minute walk. The owners were available for questions at all times and quick to respond. We would happily stay here again.

We appreciated the washer and detergent at the unit. We liked the personal walk through to show us the apartment. We really liked the portable wifi dongle which helped us navigate Paris. The apartment was well equipped. Great location. Cleanliness was average. Bed was very comfortable.

The apartment was just as shown in the pictures. Plus: quiet, as it faces the back, only the neighbor's footsteps can be heard constantly. Flexible early check-in was very helpful. Kitchen equipment insufficient for those who like to cook (like me). Maybe the owner could upgrade it? I would come back.

We had a wonderful stay - the apartment was exactly as described online. It was a great location - near a metro stop and plenty of good food locations. Our host gave us plenty of recommendations of places to try and was available to let us into the apartment and show us how each of the appliances work. In the summer, we left the windows open to help it be a manageable temperature with no ac - our eye masks from our flight came in handy with how late the sun sets. The only thing to note was it seemed as though the floor was not clean as we noticed our feet got a little dirty, otherwise we would definitely stay here again.

Great location, close to lots of restaurants and metro stops

This was a great place to stay. It was nice to have a good size elevator and the apartment was very well equipped. There are large windows overlooking the private park and the apartment was very quiet! The only downside was that there was no air conditioning and we were there during a heat wave. The owner did supply an evaporating cooling fan so that helped. Communication with the owner was excellent. There was a slight plumbing problem she was aware of before we arrived and it was quickly resolved while we were there. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

The apartment was very well designed and incredibly comfortable, even on the hot July days of my stay. Location was easily walkable to the surrounding arrondissements, a grocery across the street, and a quick hop to the metro that made it easy to get anywhere. The hosts provided helpful neighborhood recommendations and graciously supplied a mobile wifi device that I deeply appreciated and helped make my whole trip a breeze. I would absolutely recommend for 1-2 travelers!

Pleasant apartment and good location

It feels spacious, you can open the tall doors to enjoy the inner courtyard. I wish there had been space for a comfortable chair to relax in. There is one in the entry hall, which is not where one would spend time. The owners want their guests to be comfortable. They were very thoughtful and available to help with whatever I needed.

Perfect apartment in perfect location

Can't say enough good things about this place: it was bright, clean, quiet and very comfortable.The location is also amazing: it's in an active neighborhood filled with great restaurants and bakeries. There's a well-stocked grocery store right across the street from the building, there's a Metro station within five minute's walk and you can walk to the Seine within twenty minutes.I can't say enough good things about the whole experience other than we're definitely staying here next time we go to Paris.

Me and my daughter went for a weekend in Paris and I’m so glad that we stayed in this apartment. The location is very good and it’s perfect to have a supermarket next door. The apartment is fresh and clean and the bed is amazing.

Fantastic location and a great bed!

My husband and I know Paris well and loved the neighborhood. In fact the Passage Thiéré leads right to the ap't I lived in 50 years ago! Perhaps it was my atypical error in finding an ap't, but I didn't realize there wasn't anywhere to sit and read other than at the kitchen table or in bed. It was good to stretch out in bed, but we would've loved a couch or comfortable chairs. There was lots of good closet space and shelves. The bathroom and shower were lovely, but the bathtub was quite high to step over to use the shower and I felt it a little risky for me, although at 80 I'm in great shape! There's a Nespresso coffee maker, but remember to bring your own pods. There is a washing machine and detergent provided, but know there is no dryer, and that is made clear on the website. There is a dryer rod above the bathtub to dry your clothes, but if my husband weren't 6 feet tall, we wouldn't have been able to access it. We were initially greeted by George's wife, who doesn't speak French, but does speak some English, and she showed us around, but rather quickly. When we tried to use the stovetop the next day we had trouble figuring it out and she came back to help us. Having written instructions on using the stovetop and the TV would have helped. Georges is a GREAT communicator and answers very quickly. There's a lovely courtyard outside the apartment, but there's nowhere to sit. The Bastille Market, minutes away is a gem. The gorgeous Place des Vosges a 10 minute walk

We really enjoyed our stay in Georges' apartment. He was very easy to communicate with and provided us with excellent recommendations for shopping and restaurants close by. The apartment is very secure, quiet and comfortable. It has easy access to the Metro.
