Adorable Parisian Flat 15eme

We offer complimentary arrival pick up from CDG and Orly airport as well as all train stations.

Adorable and quiet apartment with lots of morning sun, perfectly situated off the Rue du Commerce in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. This apartment has been in our family for 4 generations! The antique furniture is also from our family.

The apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator in a secure building, with plenty of old world charm to compliment modern conveniences.

You month long stay includes mid-stay cleaning with change of linens. Weekly cleaning service is available at a nominal charge.

NOTE: We have 2 other apartments in the same building.

Our stay here was very comfortable and we felt very safe in the neighbourhood at all times. The area was also very quiet at night which was nice. Marie, the host, arranged pick up from our train station when we arrived and greeted us at the flat which was very kind and helpful.The flat was clean and decorated with antique furniture. The Eiffel Tower was also only a 20 minute walk away. There was also plenty of grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Perfect mother/daughter vacation

My 18 year-old daughter and I had a wonderful two week stay at Marie's beautiful apartment. It was a perfect place from which to explore Paris. We were there for Bastille Day and enjoyed the proximity to the Eiffel Tower as well as the Bal des Pompiers that took place across the street from the apartment. Marie is an amazing host. We were so grateful for the ride from the airport upon arrival.

Lovely Paris apartment

This is a great little Paris apartment! It had everything we needed to cook a few meals in and was close to the metro for going out. In a residential neighborhood - many butchers, bakeries, and pastry shops and a few restaurants/cafes within a couple of blocks. Marie is a great host and we felt well-cared for. We'll hopefully be back!

Perfect place for mother and daughter celebration

Every detail in this lovely flat is beautifully taken care of. From the planning and through out our stay, Marie responded with vital information and always right away. We met in Paris to celebrate a special birthday. The beds are super comfortable, plenty of hot water in a modern shower, very complete kitchen . I would highly recommend this place!

Charming and cozy stay in the 15th arrondissement

We had a lovely stay in this small but well- appointed apartment. The space is compact, but it is thoughtfully designed and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great and has easy access to public transport, cafes, and shops. The host , Marie was responsive and welcoming , making check -in with Xavier and communication smooth. While the apartment is on the smaller side and lacks a bathtub, its perfect for a solo traveler or a couple who don't mind a cosy space. A special highlight was the incredibly friendly neighbors who kindly gave us a tour of the ongoing renovations in the building. Their warmth and hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a great option for a short stay in Paris!

Elegant Getaway

Marie, the host, offers an apartment that immerses you in French culture. It is elegantly appointed with everything that one would need. From the moment her driver picked us up to the sad time we finally closed the door, we reveled in the location, provided information, beauty/culture, and true hosting of Marie. An outstanding apartment in a great neighborhood because it is literally close to everything you’ll want and need during your stay… metro, cafes, grocery, shopping,post office and close to parks and a nice walk to the Scein. Communication with the host was excellent! This is a space you’ll want to make your home whenever you return to Paris!

Great location!

The apartment was just as described. Amazing location in a Parisian neighborhood, away from a sea of tourists. The ride from the airport was much appreciated and a super bonus after a long flight from Toronto!! Everything was spot on, close to a Metro. If you are travelling in summer, be aware it doesn’t have air conditioning. It’s a beautiful neighborhood with locals, good restaurants and shopping all in walking distance. It was perfect for our one week stay! Thanks Maria!

Apartment Well kept up. Clear instructions. Easy access to management if there were any questions. Great location. V nice building. Wonderful neighborhood with very good food etc stores close by, excellent Le Tour Eiffel Cafe nearby where we often stopped daily. A feel of the “0ld Paris” ..every day French life.

Perfect Home Away from Home

We really enjoyed this apartment! The location is perfect with everything you need within close walking distance and a Metro stop just a few minutes away. It was well equipped with all the basics to prepare a quick meal or snack. It was very clean and we were very comfortable. It was fun to experience Paris as a local, running out for some bread, cheese, and wine all just a few steps from the building. And we were very thankful for the elevator! After a day exploring the city, I was happy not to have to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to our room. Marie was very responsive and helpful. We especially appreciated the airport pick up after our long overnight flight.

Nice visit

We appreciated the pick-up service from the hotel and the early check-in time which was around 13:30h. I am not sure the clothes washer is working though it may have been our lack of understanding of how to use it.

A wonderful time in the 15th

Marie's apartment is just perfect for experiencing the REAL Paris. The neighborhood is wonderful, with lots of young families and a minimal amount of tourists, but the Metro stop just around the corner makes the entire city accessible. Monoprix next door for any provisioning necessary. Again. LOVED the neighborhood, and Marie was so incredibly accomodating. Our flight from London to CDG was two hours late, and when I contacted her to let her know, she ALREADY knew and had arranged to have the driver show up at the correct time. Amazing. Thanks for a great time, Marie! Can't wait for our next trip!

WOW!

This apartment was amazing! We know Paris very well but were unfamiliar with the 15th arrondissement. We’re very happy to report that that’s no longer the case. We had everything we needed- the unit was immaculate, spacious, and COMFORTABLE. It’s exactly as described, but even better. Communication was outstanding- Marie is gracious and generous (she provides transportation upon arrival- truly fabulous), and Xavier is kind and helpful, as well. We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. Merci infiniment!

Lovely apartment in 15e for two

Very secure building, my daughter & I felt very safe at all times, day and night. Close to the metro and bus line. Loved the location in a normal Parisian neighborhood. Apartment had everything we needed, the creaky hardwood floors, metal balconies and old world feeling was perfect for us. The elevator was a joy, especially after walking 5 miles every day. We loved meeting Marie, she is a friendly and helpful host. She greeted us like old friends. She told us her favorite places to grab a croissant and fresh food in our area. We used the washer & dryer and cooked meals. We replaced any pantry items we used as requested. If we are ever fortunate enough to return to Paris we would love to stay here again.

So Lovely!!

This apartment was just lovely. It was exactly as described. Very safe!! So many personal touches and a very comfortable bed. It is small, but you have everything you need. We walked to the Eiffel Tower and took the Metro everywhere else very easily. There are many good restaurants nearby, a fantastic cookie shop, and an Avis rental car just a few blocks away (we had an emergency and had to rent a car quickly!) Our host, Marie, is a delight to communicate with and she responds very quickly. She gave us every detail about our driver, Said (so, so nice!), who picked us up from CDG as well as our "greeter", Xavier (a delightful and charming young man with perfect English!!), who met us at the apartment. We arrived much later than we had anticipated and both men accommodated us with nothing but graciousness. We would absolutely come back here again and again!

Host was phenomenal!!

We went to Paris to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday and had never been before. Marie was very responsive and answered all of my questions before and during our stay. She even arranged for us to be picked up and dropped off at her front door (and helped us get the same service when we left). She had someone waiting for us to let us in, show us around, and he even took us to his favorite cookie bakery! Thanks Xavier! The flat was perfect for two, bed was very comfortable, and it was perfect for quickly getting to the metro or walking to the Eiffel Tower. Washer and dryer and hair dryer were provided, she recommended several great restaurants, and she helped us figure out how to get to and from Normandy without having to take a 14 hour round trip on a bus tour. Overall, a great experience and I’m so grateful to Marie for helping to make our trip unforgettable.

Parisian charm, gorgeous suite, excellent location!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful little flat. Marie was amazingly attentive, answering every question promptly and efficiently. As well, she arranged a driver to pick us up and drop us off, both to and from the airport/train. We felt very safe and comfortable in a good neighborhood. Just below us on the street, was a grocery store, plus many shops and bistros. She made sure there was tea, coffee, and all the basic needs and dishes in the kitchen. There was a double bed in a gorgeous bedroom, plus a double-size pullout sofa, which worked well for nonromantic friends travelling together. We easily found the extra bedding. The washer and dryer were so very useful. We were very close to the Metro, and about 15 minutes from Le Cordon Bleu, where we were taking classes. The split bathroom was a cute European touch.

Lovely, traditional apartment in Paris

This apartment checked all my boxes -- conveniently and centrally located in the 15th Arr. near Metro stops, shops, cafes and boulangeries/patisseries. It was easy to take the Metro to all the usual sights. At the end of the day/evening, I enjoyed returning "home" to this non-touristy neighborhood. Living area is comfortable as is the bedroom. (I slept well!) The owner has decorated the apartment so it feels homey. The WC is separate from the shower. (Good flow and plenty of hot water). There is a washer and a dryer, but no dishwasher. Kitchen is adequate but a bit tight. As noted, this is an older Paris apartment building so the floors creak and voices can carry. For me, it was part of the charm of living like a resident!
