Sassy Properties invites you to plan your next vacation family vacation at The Sassy Starfish! This 7 bedroom, 5.5 bath oceanside Corolla home is a large, safe, family-friendly home where you can make incredible family memories and relax! With the large private pool, new private hot tub, and the beach only a short 5-7 minute walk away, you're going to love your stay here! Beds are made with our fresh, clean linens, and we provide towels, washcloths, makeup towels, and beach towels! We also provide dispensers in every bathroom with body wash, shampoo, and hand soap! Other provided items include dish soap, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent. Also, we provide 1 bag of ground coffee, K-Cups, sugar, and creamer to get you going!

The Sassy Starfish is in Section N of the Ocean Sands community of Corolla. This community is conveniently located near both the Harris Teeter grocery and shopping plaza, and the Food Lion grocery and plaza with restaurants, shops, wild horse tours, and more.

On the lower level, you can enjoy a game of pool on our professionally-installed pool table while watching the flat-screen and sipping on a refreshing beverage from the wet bar and extra refrigerator. This level includes a bedroom with two bunk beds and a Queen bedroom which shares a full hall bathroom with a tub/shower. Also on this level is a closet with a full-size washer and dryer.

On the mid-level, there are two Queen En suite bedrooms - a front Queen with a private front balcony, and a back Queen with access to the mid-level deck. A King bedroom and a twin bedroom share a full hall bath with tub/shower and both also have deck access and access to the double hammock swing and full-size hammock. All bedrooms on this level have new luxury vinyl plank flooring! This level leading up to the top level has a half bath at the landing.

The top-level includes a King bedroom with sliding door access to the top-level deck, an en suite bathroom with a shower and double sink vanity, and a desk in case you need to work remotely. The great room features a large flat-screen TV, new couch, and new swivel chairs. Also on this level is a well-equipped kitchen with all newer appliances including a double oven. There is plenty of seating for everyone including a dining area with seating for ten and counter seating at the kitchen with four bar stools. End the day by stepping out onto the deck to access the crow's nest for a sunset at this wonderful oceanside retreat.

** The Sassy Starfish is dog-friendly, so bring your well-behaved dog with you! For a one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to TWO dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

** Pool opens on May 1st and closes on October 15th. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned and maintained each week. Our pool has a propane heater that will heat the pool regardless of the air temperature. The pool heater will be set at 84 degrees. A pool heat fee of $85/night is added to your reservation at the time of the request (yes, propane is expensive). Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance of check in so we can have the pool heat on for you!

** Check-In begins at 4pm. The keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
** Check-Out is 10am.

** Primary renter MUST be 25 years of age or older

By booking, I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party, SafelyStay, Inc, to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation.
