Adjacent Townhomes | Shared Patio | Infinity Pool

This rental includes two adjacent townhomes. Each unit has a kitchen, living area and patio on the main floor. Upstairs, each townhome offers a coffee bar, king primary suite with bathroom, and private balcony and a guest suite with a full bathroom. The lowest floor has a second living space, shuffleboard table and bunk beds featuring two queen beds, and two twin beds. The patio off of the lowest floor connects both units. Each condo sleeps 8+. There is an infinity pool with beautiful waterfall and fire pit that is communal for the property. Covered boat dock comes with booking and paddle boards and kayaks available to use.

Excellent!!

We had the most wonderful stay. My family gathered from 4 states to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. The property was beautifully decorated, clean and had wonderful amenities. Having lake access along with a beautiful pool was a delight to our large party of people. I highly recommend the this property!

Golf outing

Property was very nice! Floor plan was great combination of privacy and togetherness at the same time. Very clean and organized. Views from the balconies were outstanding. Communication was outstanding with the hosts as well. Would highly recommend this property for family and adult get togethers!!

Best Eclipse Party EVER

Every year we have a family reunion and for 2024 we decided to choose a place in the zone of totality for a combination reunion/eclipse party. We needed a place that could accommodate 12-16 people. Boy did Adam and Ali deliver! The units were comfortable, spacious, and clean. We cooked a lot and had pretty much everything we needed. And for the eclipse, the weather was perfect and we had the pool area almost all to ourselves with an awesome view. This was the first time most of us had ever been to Hot Springs, and we are ready to go back and explore the Park when it has less people there. Adam and Ali are excellent at answering every question we had and responding quickly. Thank you for helping to make this an experience none of us will ever forget!

Exceptional Stay and exemplary communication

I have stayed at several properties and this host was one of the best I have experienced. Responded to messages extremely fast and went above and beyond when we had any issues. The property itself is perfect for large family gatherings. I had one side with my family and my brother was on the other side with his family. The floor plan is split with the bunk room in the basement with two sets of bunks. One was a full over full and the other was twin over twin. Main floor was the kitchen and living. Upstairs was two bedrooms with a wet bar/coffee station next to the master. A nice touch was having two sets of washers. Pool towels were provided. Tip for staying here: Instacart your groceries on the first day to get max enjoyment!

Chill time in Hotsprings

Stay was awesome. We were there for 3 nights over a holiday. We had two units (7 adults and 7 teen/kids). We chilled at the pool most of the time and grilled out every night. Everyone had space to do why they enjoyed. Would suggest bringing umbrella/popup for shade at the pool (we did worked great). Also, the water in the pool was surprisingly cold. The small things that the management/owners thought of in the unit was great (every cooking utensil, bowl, pan, even had foil and ziplocks). The best part was when everyone in the party asked what we needed to do before check out, I was able to inform them what I was told, “ There is a dumpster located to the right of the pond if needed, but you are welcome to leave everything as-is and our cleaning team will handle it.” We still cleaned up some but it was nice not having to worry about anything. Thank you again for wonderful stay.

Met every family members needs and more...Perfection!

It was a special occasion for our family and having a place that accommodated our grandchildren (6yrs-14yrs), our adult children and spouses(34-43), ourselves(in our 60's), and a great/grandparent(80 and on O2) was very important. We rented 2 condos and it was perfect! Newly renovated beautifully and have wonderful beds. We could easily access each other and yet have privacy. We loved the sunsets we could watch from the many decks. The infinity pool was fabulous and what a view! Loved having a boat dock for our pontoon/tube and having kayaks that the property offered. The property is nicely located, short drive to Historic Hot Springs. Would Love to come back to this exact location.
