Family Retreat w/Sound and Ocean Views

Summary:
This ocean and sound front townhome is the perfect beach vacation home, offering a private community with direct access to the beach, pool and airy cabana. Incredible, unobstructed 180 degree views of the ocean, inlet and intercoastal waterway. You also have breathtaking sunrises and sunsets with beach views from the Owner Suite and all of the living spaces. This home is appointed with a freshly upgraded kitchen and light airy space which make this the perfect getaway for any time of the year.

The Space:
The main floor of the home has a large living room, kitchen, dining area, deck overlooking the water, laundry room and half bathroom. The views from the back porch are simply amazing. As you head up the stairs to the second floor there is a loft bedroom with a full bed accessed via a ladder. On the second floor there is a guest bedroom with a new bunk bed and a queen bed. A full bathroom is across the hall from the guest bedroom. Additionally, the primary suite is on the second floor; it is a large room with office nook, attached private bathroom and amazing views of the island and water.

The Neighborhood:
Located on the south end of Topsail Island, this waterfront townhome is located in a private community that includes a boardwalk to the beach (oceanside), walkway to the beach (sound side), community pool and cabana.

Getting Around:
There is plenty of parking at the home for you and your guests. Take a bike ride through the neighborhood, inlets or head into town for shopping, the fish market and our favorite, the Beach Shop Grill!

Other Things to Note:
Linens are included with your stay. We have fresh clean sheets and towels based on the occupancy of your stay. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for your cooking needs. Below the house are two storage areas that have plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, a couple beach cruiser bikes and a kayak!
