The second bedroom has a BUNK bed with QUEEN size mattresses on both upper and lower bunks. The living room comes with a large sectional couch facing a SMART TV to entertain. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need. (air fryer, mixer,coffee maker ext) . New washer and dryer located in the garage for your convenience. Large garage and outdoor private driveway. Enjoy entertaining in the fully screened in outdoor lanai , weber BBQ grill and LARGE backyard . Beach toys and chairs also available for your use. All year round heated pool at the recreation building just down the street . (Southwest pool, fee entrance ). Close to Publix and local restaurants just a short ride down the street!
