As you enter, take cool respite in the common sitting room that offers plush seating and a bounty of natural light from the large cheerful windows. A wall-mounted TV offers an alternative diversion while you are waiting for your night out on the town. A lovely, small powder room is just off the common sitting area at the base of the stairs for your comfort and convenience.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
This king studio is located downstairs and adjacent to the pool area. It is wheelchair ramp accessible and offers wide floor space as well as a shower with seat for ease and mobility. A closet and dresser offer ample space for your belongings and you can enjoy your wall-mounted TV when you need a rest from your island outings. Enjoy a Keurig machine for your morning cup of coffee as well as a mini fridge for all of your essentials.

There is street parking only. You may park on the street in spaces not marked as residential. There are several non-residential spaces in the surrounding area, and also a pay lot less than 2 blocks away, but you can usually find something on the street.
