With two convenient entrances in the front and back, the living spaces are easily accessible from the pool deck and entrance. The breezy deck with covered and exposed spaces offers wonderful relaxation with chaise lounges, rocking chairs for your morning coffee, a dining table seating 6 and a bonus special lookout deck for a sunset cocktail. The private outdoor shower with hot and cold water is a must for any stay at the beach!

The open, spacious vaulted ceilings of the living room with wrap-around views of the Gulf are the picture-perfect setting. Large sliding doors allow you to bring the outdoors inside. Warm wood floors and an open living/dining/kitchen floor plan make this the focal point for fun with family and friends.

The living room offers light, coastal décor with comfy furnishings, and a large flatscreen TV.

There's lots of comfortable seating at mealtimes, and the well-appointed kitchen with gas stove, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances provides all you need to prepare delicious coastal meals. A gas grill is provided just off the kitchen to dazzle everyone with your fisherman's catch! A convenient wet bar boasts a wine cooler, sink, and counter space for preparing your beverages.

The NW king master provides a full private bathroom, flat-screen TV, direct access to both front and back decks, and a private sitting area for relaxation.

The NE king bedroom offers a flatscreen TV, direct access to the deck, and a shared full bathroom.

The SE queen bedroom provides a flatscreen TV.

1/2 bath with storage of beach chairs, umbrella, and pool toys in the enclosed room under the house for convenience from the pool or under the house gatherings.

The washer and dryer are located in a roomy enclosed area under the home.

The oldest neighborhood on the Island, Gulf Beaches, has an "Old Florida" feel that keeps families and friends returning year after year.
