Ylellinen huvila merinäköalalla ja kävelymatkan päässä rannalta ja ravintoloista

Tämä poikkeuksellinen huvila on uusi vuokramarkkinoilla. Täydellinen remontti valmistui kesällä 2022. Se sijaitsee ylellisessä Punta de la Monan kaupungistumisessa La Herradurassa ja tarjoaa upeat ja lyömättömät merinäköalat sen etuoikeutetun sijainnin vuoksi meren päällä.

Sisustussuunnittelu on Robert De Nirolle, Stingille, Kanye Westille, Bill Gatesille, Madonnalle,...

Se sijaitsee 7 000 m²: n tontilla ja tarjoaa täydellisen yksityisyyden. Baarit, ravintolat, urheilusatama Marina del Este ja rannat ovat 25 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä.

On 9 makuuhuonetta ( 6 merinäköalalla - 3 vuoristonäköalalla) , 9 omaa kylpyhuonetta, joissa on design-sadesuihkut ja erittäin suuri olohuone. Kaikki huoneet on sisustettu erittäin ylelliseen tyyliin ja tarjoavat täydellisen rauhan ja hiljaisuuden... Ilmastointijärjestelmä on yksilöllinen jokaiselle makuuhuoneelle, joten voit valita oman mukavuutesi.

Isossa baarissa ( sisällä ja ulkona liukuikkunan vuoksi) on biljardipöytä, kylpyhuone ja erillinen kotiteatterihuone.

Ulkopuolella on suuri ääretön uima-allas ( 13 x 5 m), jossa on oleskelualue pienille lapsille; poreallas ja pingispöytä. Uima-altaan ympärillä on 16 erillistä design-tuolia ja Bali-vuode.

Et koskaan suihku enää erityisemmässä paikassa nyt, että ulkosuihku on näkymät satamaan ja on lähes kallion päällä.

Erittäin suuri kypsä puutarha on useita trooppisia maure kasveja ja palmuja. Vuodenajasta riippuen voit poimia omat sitruunat, appelsiinit, viikunat tai granaattiomenat.

Terassit ( yli 500 m²) sijaitsevat useissa eri paikoissa, joten aurinkoa (tai varjoa, jos haluat) on koko päivän. Ulkona ruokailu on mahdollista 18 - 20 hengelle. Iso grilli ja pizzauuni on käytettävissä.

Kaikki mukavuudet ovat käytettävissä tarjota ja poikkeuksellinen loma. ( 3 jääkaappia - 4 astianpesukonetta - 2 uunia - 2 hubeja).

The Villa is large with amazing Views, a challenge to locate (do not use google maps), additional directions would be helpful. We were family 0f 16 ranging from 18 months to 80 with plenty of space. The teens enjoyed the game room and of course the pool. Kitchen well equipped, with an amazing coffee maker (uses beans). Outdoor kitchen was used many times. This could be a 5 star property but we all agreed lacked some basic amenities. The biggest issue was we were there in August and understand it is the hottest time, but the Air conditioning was seriously lacking making it uncomfortable to sleep, we kept our drapes closed during the day. Bathrooms void of towel bars/ and no shampoo etc provided, be prepared to buy trash bags etcOutdoor shower not operable. Refrigerator freezer drawer problems. Better understanding of property layout, one bedroom on upper level with challenging stairs shares bathroom located on the first floor. We really did have a good time but cannot rate this 5 star.

It has the WOW!

I simply can't say enough about this villa. My friends and I take a trip every year: Italy two years ago, Turkey last year and Spain this year. The other villas were amazing; this one is the next level. It's built for large groups; napkins, tableware, candles, multiple fridges and so on and so on and so on. We had dinner every night outside on the massive table overlooking the sea. We hired the Chef (Ceri Ward) whom the owner recommended....she was awesome. Dinners were a magical experience. The grill isn't your typical backyard grill...it's for a chef. We hired a Flamenco dancer along with a band for one night. We had a Spanish Guitarist another. We brought in a photographer to capture the moments. We added a SPA day on Friday with facials, yoga and massages. Yoga by the sea doesn't disappoint. The only thing I'd change....one week isn't long enough. 6 months feels about right. Don't wait....book this place. My wife and I will be back in the next few years with our four daughters.

Perfect stay for our group celebrations.

We were a group of five families celebrating a joint 40th birthday, and this property couldn't have been more perfect for the occasion. The villa is tastefully decorated with a simple yet elegant style, and it’s fully equipped with everything you need. The views are absolutely breathtaking! We loved how close we were to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and the beach. We often ventured down to the Marina for drinks and the most delicious pizzas—definitely a must-visit! The pool was just the right size, and we particularly enjoyed the shallow seating area where we could relax with a drink in hand. The ample seating around the BBQ made for some unforgettable al fresco dining evenings. Thank you for a memorable holiday!

Große Villa mit toller Lage und kleinen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten

Wir waren 14 Erwachsene, 11 Nächte dort. Die Aussicht und die Lage waren perfekt. Die Größe war ausreichend für unsere Gruppe. Die Ausstattung der Küche war gut bis auf fehlende grosse Schüsseln, Platten, Sieb. Leider gab es nur zwei Sonnenschirme am Pool. Das neunte Zimmer war ein Durchgangszimmer ohne Fenster mit einer Schlafcouch. Die Verwalterin Cristina hat uns beim kurzfristigem Catering finden super geholfen. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Beautiful house with a fantastic view

We stayed at the house for 2 weeks to celebrate my parent's 70th birthday. The house is beautiful and easily accommodates the 16 of us. The facilities are great, with a bathroom accompanying each bedroom. But the highlight is without a doubt the view, which is absolutely stunning. We made most of our food at the house, and never had any problems, making good use of the oversized grill. The only downside is that you need a car every time to go somewhere, or a taxi since it is so high up on the hill and a tough walk to the towns. But I guess that is the cost of getting this exclusivity and view, so for us, who were not looking for the bars and nightlife, it was a worthy trade off.

We booked the villa as a surprise for my mums 60th birthday! It was incredible, the whole place is just amazing, the views, the pool, the rooms and all the dishwashers!! Everything you could ever need is there! Which is why we’re returning next year and we cant wait. The host and the house manager are just a message away and are both so helpful! The only small points that were easy to get over was there is only one key - would be better if you could get a few for such a big group, and also the 9th bedroom is only really suitable for children. But everything else is absolutely spot on .. we had the best time 👏

Luxury Villa Vacation that Exceeded Expectations

Nine of us from two families stayed in five of the rooms. All of the rooms were essentially equal: some had better views, but others had more space or better bathrooms. The best features of the property were the amazing sea views, the pool and hot tub, the quiet setting, and the out door dining. The villa was the perfect place to relax after being out and about during the day. The property is about a 10-15 minute drive from the small beach town of La Herradura or the larger Almuñécar. Both towns had enough good restaurants and beaches to keep us busy. English is not as prevalent in this area as other more touristy areas, so knowing some Spanish is recommended. The villa also could easily be used for day trips to Grenada or Malaga, each about an hour away. Overall we had a great time, and we would consider renting again.

Die Villa liegt wunderschön mit toller Aussicht. Zuerst besticht sie mit ihrem Eingangsbereich, alles scheint perfekt. Bis man dann die Ausstattung bemerkt... Ich bin mit Freunden verreist. Pro Doppelbett gab es nur eine Bettdecke, Handtuchhalter sind nicht vorhanden, in der Dusche muss man alles auf den Boden stellen. Das Doppelzimmer, welches ich mit meiner Freundin bezog hatte gerade mal einen Herrendiener, im Klamotten aufzuhängen; also lebten wir in einer Luxusvilla eine Woche lang aus dem Koffer... Putzlappen, Abwaschschwämme, Haushaltspapier und Toilettenpapier gab es ebenfalls nicht und wurde durch uns gekauft und in Mengen zurückgelassen. Die Villa war sauber geputzt, wenn man nicht allzu genau hinschaute. Ich erhielt 4 Tage vor Ankunft eine Mail des Villa Host, keine Frage darin. Nur die Information, dass wir um 16.00 Uhr erwartet würden und falls wir später wären kein Problem, dann sollen wir uns doch einfach 30min. vor Amkunft melden. Als wir uns dann um 14.30 Uhr meldeten, dass es leider doch ca. 17.00 Uhr wird, kam dann eine ziemlich böse Antwort zurück. Sie organisierte ihren Sohn für die Übergabe, dieser war äusserst freundlich. Wir meldeten uns dann wegen der fehlenden Sachen (vor allem wegen der Bettdecken). Schlafsäcke statt Decken wurden erst nach wiederholter Aufforderung organisiert. Zum Check out erschien sie nicht. Villa ansonsten schön und wir hatten dennoch eine super Zeit.

Exelent place for a large group

8 superp bedrooms, nice livingroom and kitchen. We spend a week around new years eve in this house. We had nice dinners in the dinning room surrounded with walls of glass and a formidable view. We loved the pool and spa The administrator was very helpful. The area ìs good a lot af fine shopping posibilities and nice restaurants. We would love to come back.

Perfect stay

Property is as shown in the pictures - beautiful. Cristina is a text message away if you need anything and was very helpful. My only negative would be that only one key is provided and we were a group of 14 of different age ranges which made things tricky when people were out at different times. No lockbox provided either. A perfect stay nonetheless.

A very special place

This Villa is something else. The stunning design, incredible interior design and magnificent views make a luxurious getaway. 16 friends enjoyed a long weekend of celebrations. The kitchen is so well equipped with beautiful crockery and top quality appliances. The outdoor space has wonderful views from any aspect. It’s perfect for large groups to spend time together but with space to not be on top of each other. The 9th bedroom isn’t en-suite which is a shame but a close by bathroom can be shared. The bar area and games room is a well equipped and fun area but unfortunately can’t be used in the evenings due to some electrical issues. I would suggest a couple of large bowls/platters could be a useful addition to the kitchen for serving food but everything else was plentiful. All in all a wonderful stay in a stunning location. We plan to return!

Absolutely incredible!

This villa is actually better in real life than it is in the pictures! The attention to detail through the property is 5* - from the decor, to the cooking appliances, comfort of the bedrooms and spaces to lounge and relax, both inside and out. 14 of us stayed and had a wonderful holiday! The private bar, swimming pool, hot tub and cinema room make the villa stay an unforgettable experience and we will definitely be coming back. The bedrooms have incredible views over the mountains or the sea - except for the 9th bedroom, which is more suited for children, or someone who doesn’t mind not having a view. We ended up not using the space. Jasmine’s home is truly beautiful and the perfect place to relax for a week. The guests have clearly been put first and everything you could possibly need has been provided, and more! The views from the outdoor dining area were particularly special. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay for large groups of friends or families :)

Amazing Villa

This property is amazing for large groups, you can lose each other as so many different areas. The views are incredible. A car is essential. Highly recommend

Amazing house

From the very first contact with Jasmine throughout all the transactions, service and help it was a magnificent experience. Arriving at Villa Rocca on winding roads for a couple of minutes and not knowing what to expect, is a little stressful which upon arrival gives way to an AWE feeling and breath taken moment. What a house and by gosh WHAT A VIEW! We were in heaven each time we looked out! We stayed an entire month and each morning we had the same reaction! Upon arrival we were greeted by Kristina, the house manager who gave us the tour! The house was impeccable with all and more than described on the VRBO site. All kitchen plates, glasses, cutlery were top notch. When we saw that the china was Guy Degrenne and the same we had back home we knew we were in a quality home. The JURA coffee machine was a favourite of ours so much so that the minute we got home our oldest son bought himself the same. The beds were extremely comfortable and were much larger than doubles as the description. All the furniture were super comfortable and outside around the pool as well. Of course we had our favourite bedrooms. For my husband and I it was the separate one in the garden. At night the palm trees were illuminated and what a view from bed through the glass doors. Each bedroom had their own private bathroom and each had a hairdryer which was super useful. Outside the Bali bed was always occupied and several of the many loungers. The weather was just perfect for March sunny and not too hot. The Jacuzzi was busy during those cool evenings. The Mercadona for groceries in Almuñecar was 10 minutes away with a spacious private parking lot underneath. There are two Mercadona so pick the one with parking. Exploring the area with so many things to do and white villages to see, the Alhambra an hour away, Nerja about 20mns, Malaga an hour away! This house is truly magnificent but a car is an absolute necessity. Also be aware that there are lots of stairs and some have ramps, some don’t have ramp all the way, to go up and down safely! This being said we had a couple of small glitches that were quickly resolved with the prompt attention of Kristina who took care of everything immediately! Kristina is an asset to this house and a true gem! Jasmine, thank you for letting us stay at this magnificent estate and for being such a wonderful communicative hostess. This house has left such an imprint on us that we just dream of returning one day!

Las fotos no hacen honor a lo espectacular de la casa. Es super comoda, con un monton de espacio para relajar y divertirse... Unas vistas espectaculares... Cristina. La manager, siempre atenta y dispuesta.

Magnificient house!!!

We were a Cycling team training in Spain and this house Was just perfect for big groups! What you see on the pictures is what you get! Kristina the house keeper was amazing and offered us a 5 stars service! We Will be back next year!!!
