Our family built Twin Landings in 1993, an oceanfront property with two 4-bedroom homes that can be rented separately or together for large groups. Over the years, we’ve hosted countless families and made lifelong memories.
We also manage Surf Landing (second row, Surf City, steps to the beach, restaurants, and shops).
Our newest property, Serenity Landing, is a 2-bedroom plus loft condo at the southern tip of Topsail Island. It features a community pool, easy beach access, and stunning views from sound to ocean.
Up in the mountains, Wolf Ridge in Murphy, NC is a chalet-style cabin with incredible Blue Ridge views. Wildlife sightings are frequent—we have seen deer, raccoons, and even a bear!
We also cohost other carefully curated homes in the area, partnering with wonderful owners to deliver the same seamless, memorable, and guest-focused experience you’ll enjoy at our own properties.
