Newly renovated bungalow with gorgeous views, outdoor shower, and deck and new pool!!!!!!!

With a great West End location, this charming cottage is mere steps to the sugar white sands and uncrowded beaches of St. George Island. This vacation rental offers beach living all on one floor and an excellent location close to Island shops, restaurants, nightlife, the St. George Island State Park, and the St. George Lighthouse Museum. Your family dogs will love it too - Aqua-Holic is dog-friendly! Whether exploring the Island on bicycle or paddleboard, soaking up the sun and splashing in the surf, or just relaxing on the decks with a good book and a refreshing beverage, the best of the Forgotten Coast awaits you at Aqua-Holic.

The exterior of this vacation home offers an outdoor shower, a fish cleaning area with running water, a park-style grill and a gas grill, , and direct access to the sparkling Gulf beaches. Stairs lead to the kitchen with a great coffee bar. The living room is light and bright with a casual beachy décor, offering generous seating, a smart TV, and lots of natural light from the numerous windows that look onto the large screened in deck and beautiful beach views. The deck offers unobstructed views of the beach and Gulf waters beyond and plenty of lounge-style seating.

Inside, the dining room features a dining table with comfortable seating for six. The kitchen offers all a cook needs, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. On the west side of the living space is a spacious King bedroom featuring windows looking directly towards the Gulf beaches, a smart TV , and shared access to the hall bath. Directly across the hall is the queen bedroom. This cheerfully decorated room features a smart TV and shared access to the hall bath. On the north side of the house is the king master bedroom featuring a smart TV and it's own private bath.
Under the house storage has beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach cart for guest use.
New pool. Heated for a fee.

Very nice property. We are regular visitors to SGI and this is one of my favorite houses. Good location, nice views, very clean house, no bugs in house, and great pool with late afternoon shade. The screened in porch would benefit from a ceiling fan.

Perfect Getaway!

Property has easy access to beach, all the amenities you could need. Enough room for 3 couples comfortably, closeness of restaurants was a plus. Beds are very comfortable which is definitely a plus. Always a pleasure work with Roxeanne she's on top of everything from the beginning to the end. I love knowing I can always depend on her to make the process of booking a vacation worry free!

Amazing

We were there 7 weeks January and February 2025. Clean comfy place with a beautiful ocean view. Screened porch and deck were lovely! Roxanne is amazing to work with. ONLY complaint was the wifi.

Aqua-holic Is a Wonderful House

We stayed at Aqua-holic for two months and enjoyed the house and location very much. This is the perfect couples house with room for guests if you need it. The house was exceptionally clean and the beds and furniture were comfortable. The house has a great view and is located directly across from a boardwalk making access to the beach easy. We appreciate how user friendly the electronic payment system for this company is. We also love working with Roxanne who is a true professional and a really good person.

Great place with good beach access

Really enjoyed our stay. It really is just a few steps to the beach. Good beach gear like chairs and umbrellas, didn't need to bring a thing. Would rent again and Roxanne was great.

You can see the beach from there.

The house is not beach front but it's the closest you can get without being on the beach. The house has gone through recent upgrades and it was clean and fresh. We really love the location and were able to get back and forth from the beach after a quick leisurely walk. There was a letter from the owners stating they were going to remodel the kitchen and possibly put in a pool this fall, which will make it even more desirable. The den is a little small for six adults and a two year old, but the screen porch allowed some extra room to spread out. The only real issue we had was with the WIFI. It was an unsecured DSL line that was extremely slow. I had contacted the property manager several times and she always promised someone would work on it. Nothing was ever done and she never followed up. The slow speed was so poor that watching a movie on the TV became almost impossible. I had to use my mobile hotspot when I needed internet. I guess you should be disconnected when on vacation and we were forced to more disconnected than I planned. Overall the place was wonderful and we would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay on SGI.

Amazing trip for the Fourth of July!!!

We have been coming to St. George for over 10 years. We love everything about the island. This was our first time staying at Aquaholic but definitely won’t be our last. You could tell they put a lot of time into upgrading and remodeling most of the house. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. The house was clean and the location to the beach was perfect. The screened in porch was phenomenal as we could sit out at night and not have to worry about any bug bites. Plenty of parking and they had all the beach stuff you could ever want. We had absolutely the best time and are so grateful we were able to rent this house for the week.
