Valkoinen pelikaani: 3 BR, 2 BA kotiin moitteettomassa kunnossa. Istuu valtavalla Persianlahden edessä Persianlahden rannalta vesinäkymälle talon jokaisesta ikkunasta. Valtava kansi ja näytön kuisti lahdella, näköalalla kauniille hiekkadyynille ja yksityiselle rannalle. Etukannesta on näkymät Alligator-lahdelle ja luonnonmetsäalueelle. Nukkuu 7. Ilmastointi, astianpesukone, pesukone / kuivausrumpu, kaapeli-TV, DVD, videonauhuri, kaasugrilli, täysin kalustettu. Nopea langaton internetyhteys ja kaapeli-TV tarjotaan.


Palvelut: Parkettilattiat kaikkialla, kaksi queen beds, kerrossänky parivuode ja yksi; äskettäin uusittu; Vuolukivikeittiökeittiöt ja uusi toinen kylpy; mikroaaltouuni, kahvinkeitin, astianpesukone, täysin kalustettu keittiö, kattotuuletin, kaapeli-TV ja videonauhuri, kaasugrilli; 16 jalkaa leveät lasiovet näyttävät valtavasta kuistilla, yksityisellä rannalla.


Aktiviteetit: Erittäin rauhallinen alue. Ei huvipuistoja, vuoristorata, lapsipuistoja jne. Ostokset 30–45 minuutin sisällä; matkat Carrabellelle, Wakullaan, Apalachicolaan, East Pointiin, Tallahasseeen ovat suosittuja. Syvänmeren kalastusveneet lähtevät useista paikallisista venesatamista. Upeita ravintoloita 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Tänä vuonna talon edestä aallokkokalastus tuotti espanjalaista makrillia, kampelaa, valkoturskaa ja punasimppua.


Alue: Alligator Point on kapea, noin 4 mailin pituinen sylke. Suurimmassa osassa karttoja ei luetella sitä. Vuotta sitten aluetta kutsuttiin majakkapisteeksi ennen sen kehittämistä. Talomme on kapeimmassa osassa, siis lahti-lahti-sijainti. Takapihamme on Meksikonlahti; etupihamme on Alligator Bay. Mukava helppo hiekkatie dyynien läpi rantaan .... lahdelle pääsee talon edessä ja lisäsimme hiljattain 420 'telakan kalastukseen ja veneen kiinnitykseen pyynnöstä (tiedustele yksityiskohdat).

Valtatie 98 on tärkein valtatie, joka kulkee rannikkoa pitkin. Alligaattoriajoneuvo (moottoritie 370) leikkaa niemimaalle aivan Ochlocknee Bayn yli sijaitsevan suuren sillan länteen. Kevyet ostosmahdollisuudet ovat saatavilla 15 minuutin sisällä talosta.

Loved this beach experience
Highly recommend. The house was comfortable, very clean and up to date. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. So much exploring and playing on the beach; there is still a lot of wildlife around due to low tourism in the area. Highly recommend if you want a quiet beach and few distractions.

Excellent!
Our second visit to Alligator Point and first time staying at the White Pelican did not disappoint. The house offers lots of space for everyone, the screened porch and deck were perfect spaces to enjoy a cup of coffee and read. Amazing views of the Gulf and quiet beach made our family's Christmas at the beach exactly what we all needed!

Exploring the Area
My stay included biking in Bald Point State Park and walking to the nature preserve at the west end of alligator point. The beach house was excellent. Really nice screened porch and deck. Beautiful beach with lots of shells on days when tide brings them in! My friends and I enjoyed this house and location, even with a couple of days of rain.

What’s not to like about the Gulf steps away from your back door and the Bay with a private 420’ dock steps away from your front door. A fisherman’s dream! The house was clean and well stocked. Josh and Kate were very personable and checked to make sure there was nothing we needed. We would give our stay at the White Pelican 6 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if we could!

Fabulous Stay @ The White Pelican
I celebrated my 50th birthday at the lovely White Pelican beach house with my husband, son, & our son’s girlfriend. The house was absolutely perfect for us and it far exceeded our expectations! The kitchen had everything you would need plus spices & other items such as olive oil & sugar. We loved the extremely comfy couches and the big coffee table to play games on in the evenings. The screened-in back porch was wonderful for eating meals, reading a book in one of the rocking chairs, or just sitting on the couch and listening to the waves during a nap. Josh was a terrific host and answered all of our questions quickly! We were often the only people out on the beach and we even were able to see dolphins in the ocean every morning. I loved the wooden beach chairs with the foot rests & being able to step off the back deck & walk along the wooden path to the ocean was simply wonderful!!! I was wanting a quiet & cozy beach house directly on the ocean and The White Pelican was exactly what I was looking for to celebrate my birthday!! We cannot wait to visit Alligator Point & stay at this beach house again!! 🤗

Perfect beach trip
We have been on the hunt for a new summer beach location and we found exactly what we wanted at The White Pelican. Even standing in the kitchen you are "on the beach" and the views are fabulous. The open kitchen and den work well to give everyone space but still together. As an all day beach goer with avid fishermen in the group, the ice machine and beverage cooler were the hits of the trip! We cooked every night and had every pot, pan, cookie sheet, utensil, etc you could ever need, as well as, choice of coffee makers. But the most impressive item was the dryer, which I think is the first beach dryer i have ever seen to completely dry in one go. We loved our stay and appreciate all the vacation hospitality!!

Amazing
The absolute best place. You are literally between the bay and the ocean! We fished off the dock on the bay side and enjoyed beach days on the ocean side. This is a natural beach so there are lots of shells which I loved!!! The house is perfect, we never even turned on the televisions but they are there if you need them. I have knee problems and I was able to do the walk to the beach and to the bay with very little difficulty. There are no crowds to speak of, even on the weekend I think we saw maybe 10 people and none of them set up anywhere near us on the beach. keep in mind there is nothing commercial on this strip of land, you do need to drive into town for a restaurant and really into the next town over for groceries, but it’s worth it!!! Definitely go to Poseys in Panacea, it may not look like much but it’s the best seafood and the best prices!!! I’d forego Angelo’s personally. Josh was great to work with, we needed nothing while we were in his home, and it’s gorgeous and very very comfortable.

We had a great time. It was the first time I have pulled my boat with us. The property owner was staying next door for a couple days of our stay. He was great he had plenty of knowledge of the fishing in the area and was more than glad to share it. We caught a lot of fish and really enjoyed the beach at the house. We will definitely be going back.

Paradise on the peninsula
Alligator Point is a great area to get away from everyday stresses & the White Pelican was the perfect place to stay. The house is beautiful with great outdoor spaces to relax & enjoy the scenery. At the time of year we were there we watched both sunrises & sunsets over the Gulf from our comfortable chairs. It was an overall wonderful experience.

Absolutely Beautiful place to stay
The house was perfect for being close to the water with very few stairs. Seen dolphins everyday there, done a lot of shelling while there. We got a little worried cause I called the owner the night before to see if we got there a little early if we could check in and he informed us because of all the cold snap that we had that all the water pipes in the house had busted and he was in process of fixing them before we arrived. Thankfully he got them all replaced in time for our arrival. He was very easy to get a hold of and work with for any questions we had. The only suggestion I have is have your cleaning people clean under the couch cushions, lol other than that everything was spot on. We had a blast and will definitely be getting ahold of Josh to stay again.

Beautiful and unforgettable vacation
The home was amazing! The views were amazing. I loved that the house had so much character and everything we needed. We chose to take a Christmas vacation there and I was able to bake all my Christmas candy for my family. The owner was very accommodating and answered all of our questions. Thank you for such a wonderful quiet place for us to have some down time. We ditched the electronics and had nothing but peace and family time. We will definitely be back again and if you haven’t stayed yet don’t hesitate - book it now! You won’t regret it!

Highly Recommend
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at The White Pelican, which was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The views were spectacular, with the gulf out the back and the bay in front. We enjoyed dining, reading, visiting, and watching the dolphins and pelicans from the screened-in porch, and we all but had the beach to ourselves. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and bakeware, and we appreciated having spices and food storage materials available. Josh was a great host, quick to respond to messages, and he provided lots of information about the house and area. If you are seeking a place to recharge away from crowds, commerce, and traffic, The White Pelican is ideal.

Terrific stay!!
Fantastic house, views were incredible, and the location was absolutely perfect!! Beautifully decorated, very spacious and well-designed. Fun to run along the bay to the end of the road (about 2.5 miles there and back), very pretty route. Excellent restaurants within a 15-20 minute drive. Amazing sunsets. Just a wonderful place!! Josh was a stellar host.

Beautiful Home on a quiet beach
We really enjoyed our stay at White Pelican. The home was cozy, and right on the beach. It was equipped with everything we needed to cook all week. Having a commercial ice maker was awesome. It was very clean and well taken care of. Having a dock on the bay was nice to have as well, we just weren’t aware it could be shared with other guests who rented nearby houses from the same owner, but it wasn’t a problem since we didn’t bring our boat. Perfect for 6-7 people to stay comfortably. Will plan to keep this property on our favorites if we go back to Alligator Point:)

This is our personal vacation home not a shabby rental investment filled with inexpensive worn furniture and run by a corporation. We take great pride in making it inviting and well appointed. The home has been renovated from top to bottom since we purchased the home and we have just renovated the master suite with new glass enclosed master shower and ship lap bedroom in the winter of 17. We are avid divers and spearfish year around in the amazingly bountiful waters of the gulf.
