An efficiency c/o apartment with kitchen, King bed, large couch that can convert to two single sleeping beds. 55" TV . Large deck with a salt water pool and screened in patio
Plenty of shade under two large oaks and a screened porch where the shower and jet tub is located. A hammock, firepit Fenced yard for your kids or pet. Plenty of parking space.
Just 20 miles from Sebring Raceway
Plenty room to park your boat, camper and etc,.

The shower and jet tub and modern bathroom is outside the apt.

The owners are Christian nudists but are always clothed if guests request us to be.
Before booking,
let us know before your arrival whether or not you are comfortable will simple non sexual nudity

Martin and Wendy are very good hosts. They will make you feel at home and like you can relax without worry in the little oasis they have created to share with others. This location with them is great if you love nature, relaxation and kicking back to let go of the world’s troubles. We will definitely be back when we need more rest.

August 11-14, 2025,Martin was great. My 3rd stay here. Martin and his wife are delightful and Lady dog is so friendly. Love being able to soend a few days away from the rat race and the freedom of a relaxing all natural atmosphere. I will mist definitely return for a 4th visit.

I was one of those people who didn't read the whole description. The first part sounded OK, and I guess the first 20 reviews were people who were OK with nudity and the toilet being outside the apartment. All "wonderful". The two who didn't think so were at the very end of the reviews. There was a sign, "This property protected by nudity". I thought maybe it was a joke, but the host greeted me nude. I stepped back and he donned shorts. Then he showed me the toilet was 100 feet away and the shower open. The toilet was in a cubicle with a screen door and a dirty curtain covering it. I left and stayed elsewhere. You can refund my money or not.

Unique studio apartment.

The place was as advertised. The one thing that could make it better would be to have a toilet at the guest facility. Enjoyed my stay.

An amazing stay

Once I got there, I was meant by Martin. A very nice gentleman. Very hospitable the place was very cute and cozy. Martin did a great job developing that room. Miss Wendy, which we did not see because of being sick but before we left, we went to see her an amazing woman as well. This is a place that I will definitely come back to again so that we can enjoy it all together Martin Wendy, myself and my partner. Very tranquil, peaceful beautiful if you wanna get away from you every day life, this is the place to go.

Martin was really nice and tried to make our stay the best possible, we were a little taken back by the outside bathroom and shower and we weren't aware there would be dogs there, maybe I should have asked questions before, but overall it served our purpose

Perfect spot for naturists. Host is christian/naturust as well. If yoyr not they will dress accordingly. Loved my tome there. Was 2nd time and will return.

Beware! Read property description thoroughly!

Beware! This property owner is a NUDE Christian. We did not stay here! His greeting upon arrival, "Are you comfortable with our nudity while you're here?" It supposedly is listed in the property description. Outdoor shower, which is close to the unit, is acceptable, but not walking across the yard to go to the BATHROOM, enclosed in a room with a screen door and shower curtain. We feel the description is not truthful. We do not recommend.

Florida hunting adventure

Came to area to hunt an alligator and wild pig. Hosts were absolutely fantastic. Place was great! Wish they had WiFi and a smart TV but honestly kind of nice without it. Definitely will stay again if I come through. Shower and tub outside so tough when really cold but the weather was uncommon. Real close to lots of lakes if you like bass fishing. Would have gone but guide cancelled

Beautiful place

My partner and I stayed here for 1 night for a race in town. The owners were very welcoming and we found many snacks and coffees in the unit with soaps and shampoos and soft towels. Their dog was really cute and came up for pets while we were sitting outside on the swinging bench under the trees.

Travelocity never mentioned it was for nude people, I recommend the place for couples that are ok with nudity, bathing outside and ok with walking outside to use the bathroom no bathroom in the apartment.Space inside is great for couples as well. Owners are good people, but they have their beliefs. I was out all day everyday , except for my last night and was a bit embarrassed, while everyone was in bed I went to wash my face then go use bathroom the owner was naked taking a bath outside the apartment we were in. The place is good for couples who like nudity , no children. they have posters pro nudity children should not be exposed except those who have same beliefs and don’t mind. Owner’s wife was a wonderful lady. I will not go back, but because of belief and I have 2 teens . I took 1 with me and he was shocked.

Very comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect and we enjoyed the pool so much! Martin, his wife, and Lady (the lovable dog) were the perfect hosts. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
