BREATHTAKING Waterfront Home with private dock and sunset vistas sleeps up to 24
The Haven by the Bay is a waterfront oasis that sits on a private lot amongst beautiful live oaks, magnolias and palms with plenty of space for your whole group to make incredible new memories!
The East Bay is a shallow water playground: a hidden gem in the panhandle 15 minutes from Navarre Beach and great for fishing, boating, snorkeling and swimming. The covered dock and over 1600 SF of porches are great spaces to gather and take in the incredible sunset. Dock stairs lead directly down into the water for easy access to swim, snorkel, or launch a kayak or paddleboard. We provide 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards for guests to enjoy! The ground level is a fully covered 2000 square-foot entertainment space with 2 large picnic tables, outdoor pool table, ping-pong, basketball goal, hanging egg chairs, corn hole and gas grill to take advantage of the beautiful bay views. The grassy back yard leads up to the sandy waterfront, complete with a wood-burning fire pit and reclining lounge chairs for sunbathing or relaxing. Curl up with a good book from the selection provided, or let the kids enjoy the games and books tailored just for them.
A full gourmet kitchen with large walk-in pantry, an extra sink and refrigerator, and an oversized island is a perfect place to prepare meals for the whole family. The dining table and kitchen island easily can accommodate 18 or more. The large living room sectional has a high-quality pull out queen bed for extra sleeping space. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom, for a total of 6 full bathrooms. The laundry room has 2 washers and dryers and up to 12 beach towels are provided.
The residential elevator goes to all levels for handicapped access. Shower ramps available on request for wheelchair access. An infant travel crib, a pack-n-play, and 2 twin floor cots are stored in the closets for guests use.

Hello! We are a family of six from the great state of Tennessee that have been blessed to build this beautiful home on the shores of East Bay near Navarre and Pensacola. We have some family roots in the city of Pensacola, and both of us attended college here so we decided that we wanted to build a place to bring our kids and their future kids to that would cater to our growing families. We hope you fall in love with the area as much as we have!

East Bay is a hidden gem off of Highway 98, close to many of the more popular surrounding beach communities like Navarre and Pensacola without the crowds! Watch the dolphins swim by on your private dock, snorkel and swim in the beautiful salt water bay that is shallow enough for your whole family to enjoy. Itâs like a backyard pool but better! Rent our paddle boards and kayaks or bring your own and explore the Bay. Bring your bicycles or skates and use the sidewalks that line East bay Blvd. The Club at Hidden Creek golf course is 6 minutes away, the Gulf Breeze Zoo is 5 minutes away, and the best strip of thrift and antique stores on 98 is also just minutes away. Whether you decide to stay and enjoy all the waterfront, lazy afternoons or get out there and explore the surrounding areas, we know you will LOVE this time to recharge, reconnect with your people, and relax in the magical haze of the Florida sunshine.

This home was designed with large families or small groups in mind. It has a unique layout that accommodates up to 24 guests, catering to both the young and experienced. With an elevator, handicapped-accessible sinks, and widened hallways, we hope this helps those who may have physical challenges to the typical beachside getaway. There is a bunk room that will sleep up to 10. All the king and queen bedrooms have doors that lead to the outdoor decks. There are 1600 sq. ft. of outdoor porches, plus a grassy space in the backyard for kids to play. The private dock in the back yard has a covered deck reaching 100 feet out into the Bay to allow easy access to swim and snorkel in the beautiful East Bay.
We offer covered parking under the house and additional parking space for up to 5 vehicles and even a space to park a boat-trailer or RV. There is an additional fee of $150 to hook the RV up to the electricity and water. No RV sewer hookup.
