Bayfront Lodge & Cabin Double Dock Getaway Retreat
Bayfront Lodge and Cabin are very peaceful waterfront settings surrounded by many trees and the Bay - with gorgeous sunsets. The houses are next to each other with a wide gate in between with connected hardscape. Both houses together sleep up to 34-40 people and the convenience is wonderful! Bayfront Lodge is the larger home, but right up on the water. Bayfront Cabin has a gorgeous lawn with cafe-style lighting hanging in the expansive oak trees. There is plenty of seating on the back deck of the Lodge or the patio behind the Cabin. Both properties have fire-pits, and both docks have swings, stairs leading down into the water, and fish-cleaning tables. The Cabin has a ping pong table, but the Lodge has its own boat ramp. Both properties have corn-hole, kayaks, canoes, stand-up paddle boards, life vests, beach towels and plenty of water toys.
Ideally flanked by two of the world's most beautiful beaches, Bayfront Lodge & Cabin not only have it ALL â thereâs space for EVERYONE! Enjoy captivating views throughout the houses! Step on the covered deck & enjoy a warm cup of coffee. Feeling more adventurous? Organize a volleyball game or take a yak for a spin. Wander down the dock to fish, gather around the fire pit, or star gaze over East Bay. Unbelievable sunsets, unparalleled serenity and forever memories await!
East Bay is very shallow for one third of a mile so it's fantastic for kids, and everyone loves the in-the-water volleyball net. There is truly something for all ages to enjoy.

Itâs hard not to fall in love with the unique tranquility of East Bay. Thatâs exactly what happened when we dropped by one summer to visit some old family friends. When we purchased the Lodge and later the Cabin, we didnât see countless months of repairs and renovations, we saw dream homes with eccentric character. Leaky ceilings and damaged walls seemed to be a distant footnote in light of our vision to use this plot to foster and encourage community and family.
What started as a family project quickly morphed into a community affair. As weeks turned into months and these projects continued endlessly, we became acutely aware of how many people were needed to get these homes repaired and running. We are so grateful for all the help weâve received and the lasting community that was built. The result of this nearly two-year-long project and seemingly elusive dream, is a unique get-away space that can be tailored and utilized in countless ways.
What started as a family project quickly morphed into a community affair.
