Perfect for 1 or 2 couples or family as the first bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a king bed with an extra long twin trundle. Secluded back yard with private deck and hot tub that is wonderful to soothe muscles after a day of activities. Wall mounted TVs in both bedrooms and living room, all with ROKU and Spectrum Cable. Extensive movie selection available. Fully equipped kitchen. Home away from home!

I have never been as comfortable at a VRBO than we were at Bear’s Rest. We live in North Carolina on a mountain, so we loved and appreciated the cabin feel and decor. Everything was top notch. The location was perfect, close proximity to our family, restaurants, and groceries but quiet and restful. We hope to be able to visit Bear’s Rest again!

25th anniversary trip

Our 3rd stay here pretty much cements this special cabin as our go to getaway. It checks all the boxes and meets our needs perfectly. I kept telling my wife I could see us living in a property like this. Owners are awesome and added some special touches to make our stay memorable.

A nice weekend getaway

The cabin was clean and nicely decorated. The cabin had a woodsy feel but was close to restaurants and grocery stores. Not far from the Golden Lamb.

Lovely Cabin

Cleanliness is at the top of our priorities when it comes to staying overnight anywhere and this cabin was flawless. We loved the Bear vibe even though we were not at the cabin for very long. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

A True Home Away From Home

What a comfy and cozy little place! It was clean, tidy, and well supplied with everything we needed. It was wonderful to be close enough to explore Dayton and the surrounding areas, and then come back to the peaceful comfort of relaxing with a movie, or resting in the king sized bed. We had a fantastic stay.

Well thought out

We loved staying at this house! Everything is well thought out, from having the needed cooking utensils for cooking for the family to hooks by the hot tub. The property is beautiful and we wish we had more time to just enjoy the place.

Perfect relaxed get away

We were in the area for a baseball tournament. It was the perfect relaxed get away from the hot fields. The house was clean, quiet, and an oasis. The hot tub was wonderful. Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to a family medical emergency. I would love to come back in the future.

A cozy place in unfamiliar territory

This was our first trip to Ohio do we didnt know the area and just tried to stay as close to family as possible. What a pleasant surprise this rental was. The driveway is beautiful, there are two very clear parking spots for whoever is staying. When we walked in the home smelled lovely, it was so clean and organized. The owners have thought of so many details to make for a comfortable stay that it received any stress. It was wonderful to be able to grocery shop and make dinner and not be forced to go out to eat for every meal. The other thing we were so happy about was how comfy the beds were. You just never know what you are going to get when you are traveling and we slept so well. I highly recommend this rental and if we come back to area we will definitely stay here if it is available. Thank you Storers for your Amazing hospitality.

Ren fest stay

We absolutely loved staying here. It was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed. Cute yard that feels like you are in nature. The hottub was an extra special bonus. Even had the fellowship of the ring extended edition as a dvd option! Would love to stay here again in the future!

Quiet and Relaxing

Very cozy and comfortable. Feels like you are out in the country yet close to grocery stores, only 20-30 minutes to Downtown Lebanon, Kings Island, The Beach Waterpark, and Cincinnati. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to stay yet close to a lot of things to see and do then this is the place to stay.

Perfect for what we wanted, small, cozy, super clean, grandkids loved it, we would definitely recommend this lovely place. About 20 to 25 minutes to Kings Island. The code to the door didn’t work when we first arrived, the host called us back immediately & corrected the problem, what a relief!!! Thank you for a great experience !!

My wife and I stayed at this property for a weekend. It was super peaceful. The garden is great! I loved to be out there in the morning. The house is in great condition, the beds and other furniture comfortable, and the amenities described in the listing were accurate. The hosts went above and beyond in their rental. We loved the stay and will come back!

Perfect location, perfect home away from home, perfect hostess

We used this wonderful cottage to visit friends in Lebanon and Maineville as well as attend a family reunion in Bellbrook. The place was perfect for a mildly handicapped and older visitor. There is one step within the cottage and a suitcase strategically placed acts as a railing. Laundry facilities are available as is an outdoor hot tub. There is one bath with pull down shower, plus 1 half bath.😃😃😃

House sets back off the road and is not visible from the road.

All sheets, blankets, bedspreads, furniture throws and towels, including hot tub towels, are washed in 140 degree water after every guest to sanitize for the next guest. Floors are vacuumed and steamed after each guest. High touch areas are wiped with disinfectant. Owner on property for quick response but rental property back yard and deck are very private.
