Coffee and swim mornings

Four ladies 60 enjoyed coffee under the veranda and a morning swim daily. Each of us had a bedroom with a queen or king bed. (no bunk bed, no pullout sofa bed). We enjoyed cooking our meals at the house. Plenty of dishes, cookery and utensils were available. Short drive to the Vegas Strip and airport.

Natalie was super nice and helpful. My family enjoyed they're stay there, and teenagers loved the pool and pool table. The house was very spacious. We will be keeping this property on our "to return" list of properties. We were only about 12-15 mins from the strip, and we were comfortable with that distance.

Family and friends vacation

Our family and another family were looking to stay in Las Vegas for 4 nights. Close to the strip, but we all wanted specific things. This house checked all the boxes for us. It was in a quiet neighborhood, away from all airports, had a pool and jacuzzi, and also had a pool/game table. It was just what we all wanted. The host was very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed staying there.

A Las Vegas Beauty

Our recent stay at this beautiful rental was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the house's inviting atmosphere and all the amenities it offered.While the entire property was delightful, the pool was hands-down our favorite feature. It was impeccably clean and provided the perfect refreshing escape on warm days. We spent countless hours lounging by the water, swimming, and enjoying the serene surroundings. It truly elevated our vacation experience and provided endless entertainment for everyone.The house itself was just as lovely, offering comfortable accommodations and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We're already dreaming of our next visit and can't recommend this home highly enough, especially if you're looking for a rental with an amazing pool! Almost forgot to mention how amazing the owner is! She responds Super Fast and made sure everything I needed was taken care of!

Family vacation

This property is exactly as described. This is a beautiful home. It is perfect for a family vacation with all amenities included and the host is very nice. She is there to answer any questions at anytime. This property is off the strip and away from the traffic noise with easy access to the 215 freeway but a close drive just minutes away. It is spacious and even had a crib for my grandson. The pool was nice and the jacuzzi was nice after a long day of walking and shopping. The house was stocked with toiletries and things which was super convenient even though I pack them lol. My family really enjoyed this home and we will definitely be back soon.

The house was spacious and easily accommodated the 6 of us. We enjoyed the pool table and jacuzzi. The house was a bit farther from the strip than we had thought and each Uber ride was between 40-50 which added up quickly.Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Great house and a great location

The house is large and comfortable. The kids loved the heated pool in the backyard. About 15 minutes from the strip but in a quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this house for families.

Incredible Time

We had a great stay at this property and I would absolutely recommend if you have a midsize group, (7 in our group). We were unable to use the pool due to the time of year but we're able to use the hot tub, which was much appreciated after a long day of walking the strip. The property is very clean, the communication with the manager/owner was perfect. We had a great time and it was great to come home to a great property!

Great location

I think there is a room of improvement. Check in can be done better. A/C temp to be lowered prior to guests arrival. Other than that Natalie was great, and I will stay there again next time I am in Vegas.

Clean, quiet, and close to downtown Las Vegas--a $13 Lyft ride.

4 couples stayed at the property in early March. Natalie literally talked us through the codes for the door and security system, which we greatly appreciated. The home was clean and quiet. We enjoyed playing a little pool in the evening, too. On thing that was a bit disappointing was the hot tub was not functional.

Meh, at best

May work for some people, but absolutely did not work for us. Check-in was rocky, beds uncomfortable, noisy throughout the night (close to two major roads and constant flights overhead with single pane windows and what seems like zero insulation), and the pool/hot tub situation is a bit of a hassle. We ended up leaving after one night (booked for 4 nights) and finding something that worked better for us.

Quiet, great for family or friends, big, welcoming

This is a well-cared-for, spacious house in a neighborhood that is close to Red Rocks, where we spent five days. We had 8 people (friends & family) and all enjoyed it. The neighborhood is quiet, we actually didn't see anyone else though we heard some cars. The backyard and pool are the high points of the house, as well as its cleanliness. Lots of sun in the backyard but there is shade too. Great for families. Natalie is easy to contact. She clearly cares about her home and takes care that everything is in working order. We would happily return, and probably will. It is a great value.

Not recommend, Not as described

This place is not as described. Rented it based on review but our first day there started off badly. Check in was delayed because cleaning wasn’t done, which was fine cuz we wanted the place cleaned. Shortly after our arrival & preparing for dinner, we discovered the dishes in the cupboard were all wet and dishwasher was filled with dirty water. Thus to be safe, we hand washed all the dishes & utensils & cookwares before using them. Called the owner who did send someone to fix it the next day but it was not repairable. Thus we had to hand wash dishes the entire stay. We also informed owner of loose wooden flooring (tripping hazard) & ice jam in the freezer which leaked water to the floor. Only the flooring was fixed. Air filter appeared to be fairly dirty & need to be changed . Caused my kid & husband to sneeze every time they are in the house. Owner said she will compensate us for the troubles but never received anything or heard from her despite follow up after our departure.
