Large balcony overlooking pool with a partial ocean view! Fully stocked kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, central A/C, cable, Smart TVs and high speed wifi! Spacious condo sleeps 6 people - Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has two twin beds and there is a sleep sofa in the living room. Condo is walking distance to popular restaurants and bars and CVS is right across the street. This great condo is located downtown and there is no assigned parking or parking lot. Street parking is available and normally isn't an issue except holiday weekends. This condo is on the third floor and the building does not have an elevator.

Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillow cases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes a sheet and pillow case for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package costs $109.00. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.
