Spacious family home with pool overlooking with park views.
On entry you come into living room overlooking the front garden - brand new sofa set and there is also desk area.
Going through to family room and open plan kitchen again there are comfortable furnishings, flat screen tv and casual breakfast table for indoor dining.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.
Three bedrooms with the master bedroom being on left side of home - queen bed with its own bathroom. Sliding doors onto the patio area.
The other two bedrooms are on other side of the house and guest bedroom has queen with the third bedroom having a twin bunk and also twin bed.
These bedrooms share a full bathroom which also leads out to the pool area.
Situated in quiet residential neighborhood minutes to ether Venice or Sarasota.
Closest beaches would be Nokomis Beach, Venice Beach or Siesta Key.
Some great restaurants in the area to enjoy.
